Virat POV
Morning, 7 AM
Putting on my kurta, I made my way towards the aangan while wiping my hands off with the towel when suddenly my eyes fell on something,

Widening my eyes at the sight infront of me, I saw anushka and nandini sitting on the mattress in the middle of the aangan, covered in multani mitti as they both applied it on their whole arms

Coughing at the weird session, I remarked at both of them while stepping towards them "Humare ghar me itni subah subah do bhoot kaise aagye???"

Saying this, I chuckled to myself and keeping the towel aside I turned towards them and coming closer I waited for their responses,

Looking at maa sitting beside anushka while anushka's back faced me, My mouth quickly opened as a gasp when I saw anushka's face as she turned

"Haye ram mummy" gasping within a quick second, My eyes widened looking at her face as only her eyes and eyebrows were visible while multani covered her whole face including her lips and suddenly I broke into laughter

Laughing out aloud at her, I was going to give a tease when nandini also turned towards me and bursting into a even more louder laughter, I pointed towards both of their multani covered faces and exclaimed "Bhoot bhi sharma jaye itni darawani lag rahi ho dono"

Saying this, I again started to laugh at both of them and getting glares from both of them in return, I quickly overshadowed the laughter by fake coughs and said

"Ar-voh" Trying to excuse myself, I tried to say something but looking at maa glaring at me while mixing multani with water in a bowl, I stopped

"Kuch nahi" Replying with a scared tone, I coughed at both of them when anushka scolded "Aapne apni shakal dekhi hai? Hum toh bas multani lagakar bhoot lag rahe hai, aapko toh bina multani ke bhi dekhkar, bhoot khud aapse dar kar bhag jayega"

Listening to her words, I gasped at her complaining and looking at maa to take my stand, my eyebrows knitted when I saw maa laughing at her words and soon nandini joined them too

Narrowing my eyes at their hypocrisy, I just sighed "Aree jaiye nah, Kisi abhineta se kam nhi dikhte hai hum"

Saying this, I sassily brushed my fingers through my hairs but soon stopped when I heard anushka mumble to herself "Nah jaane konsi beham ki dava khate hain"

Feeling offended, I again looked at maa for a support but she also seemed to love her daughter in law more than her son and didn't said anything

Smiling to their bonding, I just shook my head at their behaviour and turning around to go away, I stopped when I heard nandini offering "bhaiya aap bhi laga lijiye nah"
Listening to her words,I was going to deny when I saw anushka quickly taking the multani mixture bowl in her hands and she quickly stood up

"Isme puchne ki kya baat hai, Hum apne pati ki sundarta or bhadana chahte hai, Hum laga denge inke" Listening to her saying, A chuckle left my lips and feeling shy of her saying this infront of maa, I saw a shy smile lingering on maa's face too as she admired us while looking at us lovingly

Watching anushka coming closer, I saw her standing infront of me and taking a little multani in her fingers, she started to apply it on my cheeks

"Hum jaise sundar ho jayenge abh aap" Mumbling this while trailing the multani from my cheeks to my forehead, I laughed at her statement

"Fir pratiyogita karenge, Kon jyada khoobsurat, theek hai?" Mumbling back, I replied to her stupidly and getting a small slap on my cheeks, I heard her reply

"Haarne ke liye taiyaar ho jaiye humari phool kumari ji"

Nodding my head at her reply, I chuckled at her words while she giggled back and then I remembered something,
Feeling her fingers trailing away from my face, I said softly
