Once I step out of Ian's car I really, really don't want to see what's inside of Jarod Simon's house.

I mean the last time I was here, it was because I was ten and he is one of Ian's closest friends.

Alex comes out of the car and whistles, and Ian smiles a bit too eagerly.

I really don't know what possible desire would possess anyone for this, But my friends are here and I want to make sure they don't do anything stupid.

So I bite down on my lower lip for a moment and look around. The lawn was covered with plastic colored cups, some vomit, and one guy in his boxers chasing a girl in her bra and underwear.

This time Ian whistles and then winks at a girl walking up the side walk.

She blushes of course.

Ian is definitely good looking, but he could stand to be more "humble" about it.

I walk through the carelessly open door. The air is thick with sweat, worn oxygen, and other mixtures I don't want to know.

The music blasts so loud I can hardly think at all.

I turn around and almost suggest we find Mandy but they are gone.

Great just leave me. it's not like a weirdo will come up to me but whatever I need to start looking for Mandy with or without them.

I'm hoping I find a reasonable Mandy in this place, but that'd be like asking for lemonade to become apple cider.

I skim over the many bodies that are present in the room. I don't see a single blond that looks familiar to me that's for sure. That is what I have accomplished so far.

I continually search. A couple of times some guys were trying to give me a drink but I refused easily.

They just want a one night stand and I'm not risking what's inside those solo cups.

Which may or may not just contain alcohol. I don't drink that crap anyway.

Finally when I find her I wish I hadn't. My eyes practically pop out of my skull when I find her face attached to Toby Eavens. As soon as I'm in reach I separate them.

Toby gives me a dirty look and I give him my death glare and that's all it took for him to back off.

I give my full attention to Mandy as soon as I can. she gurgles "dylaaann whaat waz thaat foorr?"

I press one of my hands to my forehead "Mandy what were you thinking? Toby is such a creep! Pull yourself together!"

She scowls "I ammm together! Annd hhe's nooot thaat badd."

I growl "Okay, whatever. Just come with me." I drag her by her arm a bit too harshly since I hear her yelp a little.

Once we are upstairs I take her into a bedroom and lay her down. I'm really surprised no one is using this room actually, But then I look around.

I didn't notice the front door when I shoved it open but we are in Jarod's room. A shiver runs down my back. I still don't miss coming over here with Ian.

Well as long as we are here I should close the door. We should be fine, but I need to get Mandy out of her current state....

She wobbles off the bed looking pale white. My eyes widen and I catch her and run with her to the bathroom door and finally to the toilet just in time.

I get a hold of her hair and tie it back in a knot. (with my handy dandy hair band.)

I rub her back soothingly. "Mandy what were you thinking?" I say this shaking my head.
