Lando
My hearts pounding.
Who knew she worked at the fucking club where we kissed, where she asked me to fuck her.
And I couldn't be more pissed inside. I played it cool, acting like I didn't know a thing. That was until I saw she had my hoodie wrapped around her waist. When I mentioned she stole from me, she immediately turned red. It proved everything. She stole my watches, and she was going to pay for it. I just had to think.
I swing the door open, stepping out into the cool breeze of Monaco.
"Why did you leave?" I inquire, turning to face her. Her green eyes glisten in the moonlight, casting an enchanting glow. Despite my resentment, I can't deny her beauty. She's absolutely stunning.
"I had a problem at home," she responds softly, her voice carrying a hint of vulnerability as she nervously bites her lip.
"Why are you coming back to me?" she murmurs, her voice laced with a mixture of frustration and curiosity. "I watched you all night yesterday. You kissed over fifty different women, so why aren't you right now?"
I shrug in response. I didn't have an answer. I mean, I was planning on coming to the club tonight to get wasted and hook up with women. But when I saw Evie, everything changed.
"I don't know exactly," I whisper, gazing up at the stars above us. Glancing down at her, I find her also lost in the night sky.
"Why are you taking me on this walk, Lando?" she asks, her voice tinged with curiosity. I shrug once again. I didn't know. I guess it was to talk to her, but I didn't really know what I wanted to do. I think I was so angry that I just wanted her somewhere alone. I needed to think about what I should do, and I'm definitely acting to nice right now.
"I don't know, Evie..." I confess softly as I go sit on a ledge, and she joins me.
"You're confusing," she remarks, and I chuckle at that. She's right, I am confusing myself. I need to stop being fooled by her looks and focus on what's really important.
"I'm going to Canada soon," I say, breaking the silence as I look at her. She nods in acknowledgment. "I know," she mumbles softly, and then everything falls silent once more.
I need to remember she stole over 30, million dollars worth of watches. I need her wrapped around my finger, then I need to turn her into the police. But I really don't want the police involved, so I'm just going for my own plan. My plan.
"I think I should go back to work," she says, making a move to get off the ledge. I quickly reach out, grabbing her wrist and pulling her back. "I'll text Max to let your little friend know you're busy," I say, a hint of menace in my tone. She widens her eyes in shock at my sudden aggression.
"No, Lando, I can't," she protests, but I know exactly why she doesn't want to. I don't care. "No, your coming with me, Evie," I demand, but she continues to shake her head. "Lando, please," she pleads, but I'm not listening. Ignoring her protests, I wrap my arms around her waist, hoisting her over my shoulder. She pounds at my back the whole way to my car, demanding to be let go, but I pay no attention.
Once I reach the car, I open the door and place her inside before closing it. I slide into the driver's seat and just stare at her. "Are you fucking crazy!?" she yells, her frustration evident. I scoff at her accusation. "No, I'm not," I retort as I start the car. "Lando! We had sex, it didn't mean anything!" she yells, but I ignore her, focusing on the road ahead.
"Where the fuck is your home Evie."
