I went to the kitchen to tell the chief their orders. After I got back, a new customer entered. He placed his orders, he seemed pretty rude! Anyways, I went back to the kitchen to submit his order too. A sudden condition happened which led to delaying the orders till we fix it, the coffee machine broke due to a burn in the wires. I got out to announce that to the few customers present. "Ladies and gentlemen, we apologise for the delay in your orders. A sudden disorder happened in the kitchen which led to the breaking down of the coffee machine. I sincerely apologise for the sudden inconvenience". Everyone was a bit sad but they understood, except the new customer which seemed rude.

"THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN!? CAN'T DO YOUR JOB BITCH?" He screamed at my face, and goddamn his breath stinks. As a worker, I have to be kind to customers no matter how rude they are. "I sincerely apologise, sir. It's our fault and we're working on it" I replied politely. "WHAT KIND OF SHIT CAFÉ IS THIS, HUH!? TCH, BITCHES" he screamed rudely, again. Dude woke up on the wrong side of the bed or sum?

"Sir, with all due respect, please stop shouting you are disturbing other people" I said as politely as I can. "YOU DARE TELLING ME TO SHUT UP!?" The bitch screamed for the millionth time. He came to slap me. "Oh bitch, don't test my taekwondo" I said. In a blink of an eye, the bitch was sent flying out of the cafe. "Don't mistake my politeness for weakness" I slammed the door in his face while huffing.

A round of applause was heard behind me. I turned around wide-eyed. I completely forgot there was other people! I bowed and said a tiny thank you. Then I went back to work. The machine was fixed. Before we even knew it, we were back to work. The orders were done, so I picked them to give it to the customers.
