"We are gathered here in the presence of a beautiful union." The religious administrator warbled, doing a long sweeping gesture from his golden gilded podium.

The church was packed, every agent and friend or family member of the couple filled the pews, and the much-forgotten blazing bright yellow sunlight sliced through the glass ceiling, creating a warm glow that bathed the couple.

Pixie sat amongst her father, Angie and Tobias as well as her brother on the third row, gazing at the shining bride and groom like everyone else.

Her honey-coloured hair fell down in ringlets around her face, glowing with love and passion as she looked at her husband, a simple white dress, with sparkling silvers patterns along the hem and the neckline, a bouquet of daffodils--of all the flowers, underneath the dress, the toe of a white boot sneakily peeked out.

The groom, his long black unruly hair, the tips a dark blue, seemed more orderly at this occasion, wearing a sharp navy blue suit which made his green eyes suitably more intense.

The couple was a powerful image at this moment, a chance for a future, life and love weeks after the devastation Chloton had caused.

Even after what happened, Trissie and Walt still continued with the wedding. They held each other's hands, such a simple sign of the burning love they clearly felt for each other.

Harrow, Coco, Maya, Carl, Alison, Dan, Kayla and Zack sat in the row in front of them, John, and Kayla's younger siblings were at the end of the row next to Tobias. The younger agents and Dovonvan and their family sat behind them. All of PSI were supporting their young lovers, the ceremony bringing peace and hope.

Aaron caught sight of an older woman sitting on the end of the first row next to Harrow, near the pew, wearing a red evening dress. A ghost. She had long wavy dark brown hair, and she turned to smile at Aaron.

'Tell Tris I popped by' She mouthed, then turned around, fading into nothingness. Aaron grinned. He was used to seeing unusual things like this.

Trissie's mother did get to see the wedding.

"You may kiss the bride,"

Without further ado, Walt lifted the white veil from Trissie's face, leaning in to kiss her.

Then they kissed, a sweet few seconds of the whole church being silent. As soon as that precious moment was over, the front six rows burst into applause, whooping with happiness.

His arm around his new wife, Walt turned to face the audience, Trissie smiled, blowing a kiss.

Then the most unexpected thing happened, she started to throw all the flowers in her bouquet and the crowd seemed to know what was going on. Maybe it was a St.Maryan's custom, Pixie thought. Tobias caught one of the daffodils, slipping it into Angie's startled hand. Kayla caught the next one, and she and Dan held it together.

Harrow and Coco accidentally bumped their heads together, trying to reach the third flower, which in the end they caught, both of them blushing.

Walt took Trissie's hand and led her down the aisle, then the first row got up and followed them, then the second, the third and so on, until the whole church was filling out after the parading couple, as they marched around the church square and out into the drive.

Trissie and Walt climbed into their black car, which was decorated with ribbons and flowers, waving after many friends and family as they began to drive off to the law house where they would officially do the vows.

Danice watched them go, shading his face against the sun with his hand. He turned to Pixie and Aaron, who were next to him, Angie and Tobias not far behind. "Ready to go?" He asked them, a smile on his face. He looked happy but distant.
