Jimin,Jin and Yoongi looked at each other in victory after taking out the cake tray from the oven. It came out really fluffy and soft. Just like they wanted. 

A month of experiments paid off in the end. And they found themselves in love with baking in this modern machine. Beomgyu also taught them how to use YouTube to learn recipes and Jimin is already so in love with the apple tab Jungkook bought him.  

The two other persons who had to suffer from all the lessons were none other but their human mates. 

“Dude in these last few weeks, I have tried every flavor of cupcakes and pastries in this world. I think I will go diabetic at this rate.” 

Taehyung said with a sigh when he got a whiff of strawberries in the air. He knew the trio had experimented another baked good today. 

“Jimin made me shop for every baking item that one could get on Amazon. But I am glad he finds baking interesting.”

“Me too. At least Jimin has Jin and Beomgyu here. Yoongi doesn't have no one at home when I am away. I am glad we both live nearby.” 

“Kookie, try this.” Jungkook gulped looking at the pink coloured slice of cake in front of him. He looked at Taehyung and he was already slicing through the same cake on his plate. 

“This is good, peach.” Yoongi giggled before taking a seat on Taehyung's lap. 

Watching that, Jimin did the same, moving aside the plate in Jungkook's hand and placing his heavy butt on the olders lap. It took him a few seconds to sit there comfortably holding his baby bump. 

Jungkook wanted to coo at Jimin. He helped him sit on his lap comfortably. “This cake looks pretty like you. And it tastes good too.” 

That was enough for Jimin to bring out an ear splitting smile on his face. Jungkook saw the beautiful pair of blue eyes turning into slits with that smile. 

“They are too sweet.” Jin pouted looking at the couples lounging over the couch exchanging sweet nothings with each other. 

“How do you realize someone is your mate when you see them?” 

Beomgyu asked, watching the sad pout on Jin's face. 

“Oh!! I had no idea about that when I first presented as an Omega. But eomma said, your heart will race when your mate is near you. You feel this strong urge to be with them, you find them beautiful, attractive. And you could smell each other's scent. The scent is an important part in a werewolf's life. You both will get attracted to your scent. But my mate is definitely a human without scent. So the only hope for me is that they find my scent just like Jimin and Yoongi.” 

Jin said the last sentence with a sigh. 

“This is so interesting. No wonder why they both look so whipped.” 

“Yes, you cannot break a mate bond. And you cannot deny it too. You will find a way to be with each other.” 

“Have you ever felt something like that after coming here Jin?” Beomgyu asked. 

Jin thought about it. The answer is yes, he has. Whenever Jungkook's manager came to this house, Jin had felt it. But the male looked like he couldn't smell Jin. Namjoon also didn't say that he smelled his vanilla scent. But Jin had a hunch that Namjoon was his mate. It's no wonder why Jin always waits for those days when Namjoon comes here. He always dreams about the male too. And whenever he goes, Jin feels like something is missing in him. He feels this emptiness. 

“No. Not yet.” He lied. Jin walked back towards the stove where a pot of pork stew was boiling. He stirred the pot before switching off the gas. Today's dinner was prepared by Jin and Beomgyu.
