While Tokuro was observing them, he felt a presence where he is, and he wasn't fazed from that.
Tokuro:"is there a reason why you're here, Blitz?" Which he turned to the person who he called Blitz.

Blitz:"hmm. I just felt bored, and thought of seeing you observe your universes"
Tokuro:"I see" as he continues to look at the earths.
Then all of the sudden, the two of them felt a heavily disturbance in the cosmos.
Tokuro:"...did you felt that, brother?"
Blitz:"I.... Think so... What happened?!" As he looked into the other earths.
Tokuro uses his powers to observe the earths, then he stopped onto one specific earth, then he uses his powers again to see what's going on and what the future that earth holds.
