Hyung Suk was finally able to leave, but annoyingly so Yuzuru has been at his side a lot. And Ms. Paek has been on his tail as well. At least it gave him the chance to be able to discuss the plans as to what to do with Choi Dong Soo.
"We have police on our side so they will be ready to-" he thought about the word "block any plans he has" Hyung Suk looked at the three members who were going to South Korea. He felt jealous they were going instead of him, but he couldn't be picky. At least his Uncle confirmed that his family was safe.
"Alright, we'll be ready as well. We just have to kill him right?" Manami smiled.
"Calm down" Yuzuru side eyed her. "We're not gonna kill him just yet. Myoko and Moriko will be going along with you. Moriko will go undercover and Myoko as well. Manami, you'll be the one to go meet with Park Jinyoung. Then you'll pass on the info to them both."
"Well I was just wondering what exactly I'd be going undercover as?" Myoko's eyes despite being closed all the time Hyung Suk could see the nervousness in his face. "I've never left the country...."
Manami chuckled, "Don't tell me you're nervous now you little instigator."
"It's fine you can just wait. We need to know who else is on Choi Dong Soo's side." Hyung Suk answered before another argument started. Seriously despite how professional these people were when doing their jobs they were so childish.
"What about his daughter? Maybe we can use her as collateral. It's not like he's gonna go into hiding. He most likely thinks he hasn't been caught." Moriko, the blue haired doctor who knocked him out, spoke up.
He furrowed his brows at Soo Jung's name, "No, leave her. He doesn't care what happens to her. He just uses her to get money."
The room was silent as he protested and he looked at the table to not directly look at the multiple gazes on him.
Yuzuru sighed, "Just leave her. If she's proven to be more difficult then we can do something about her."
Hyung Suk tensed up at that but didn't protest. It didn't matter because their whole friendship couldn't have been a lie. She wouldn't have done everything just to betray him. Right?
"Since Hyung Suk has been the target for a long time considering his two assassination attempts I'm going to have some of you also go through all the people we have and erase all traitors."
Katsutoshi whistled, "Must be dangerous to have to try again to kill him."
Hyung Suk didn't say anything, but he heard the man grunt and his twin ridiculed him.
"Alright this'll probably take a while so we shouldn't expect anything at the start. As a matter of fact he's probably out there. Even the South Koreans aren't able to prove that he's responsible for it. But we do think that Lee Jihoon was the one who killed him on the orders of Dong Soo."
Hyung Suk's stomach churned at that. Jihoon was another of his close friends who he trusted. For him to work with the man who tried to kill him twice and almost succeeded. It....really hurt. He shoved his feelings and looked around at the people.
"Manami" she nodded to Yuzuru with a serious face, "Myoko" he nodded, "Moriko" she sighed but nodded as well. "The flight will be tomorrow. Y'all can take anything necessary, but everything will be provided new for y'all. Your phones will stay here, but you can still contact family and friends."
"Understood" "Yes sir" and a grunt
"Alright that's it for now. The operation to catch any traitors will also start so be on the lookout."
