Chapter-5

Ga young opened her eyes to a gloomy apartment. She looked around and saw photos of Dohee and Guwon on a board. She stood up and looked at a computer on the desk. She looked at the screen and saw cctv footage of Dohee's office. She got a little scared when she tripped back, and her legs touched something. She looked down and saw a dead body. She covered her mouth with her hands. When she felt the door open, she dashed away, looking for something to hide behind. She attempted to leave by window, but the man approached her and grabbed her hair before pushing her to the ground.

The guy's phone rang, and as he picked it up, Ga young heard a familiar voice,

"Yah, did you find Do hee"

"No!"

"Then why did you go to the theatre?"

"To look for Guwon"

"Can't you do your job properly?"

"I am doing it,"

"If you did it, then why is Guwon still alive?!"

"Well, I have someone Guwon would care of."

"Who do you have?"

"Ga young!"

"So are you gonna kill her?"

"No, I will keep her for myself,"

While he was chatting on the phone, Ga Young took a shattered glass piece off the ground and attempted to strike him, but he held her hand and tied her up.

"You are so cunning that it makes me laugh."

Guwon was signing paperwork at his desk when Bokgyu burst into his office, screaming his name,

"sirrr!!! There is a big problem,"

Guwon groaned,

"What is it now?"

"Ga young she is lost,"

"ughhhh, come on, she is an adult,"

Bokgyu clutched his hand,

"Please, my guts are screaming at me."

Back in the apartment,

"Let me go!Guwon won't care."

Gayoung implored him to let her go as he approached her, holding both her hands and attempting to kiss her. Gayoung cried out as she tried to push him back.

Suddenly, someone hit him from behind, and she opened her eyes to see Guwon. She raced towards him and grabbed him while crying, and Guwon hugged her back and asked if she was okay.
Guwon noticed the images on the wall and wondered,

"Wah, he must be the one. How did you come here?"

Before she could respond, Gayoung smelled something burning and looked around to see a fire. Guwon approached her and grabbed her hand before disappearing in thin air.

When they entered Guwon's office, Bokgyu was overjoyed and asked,

"Where were you? I was worried."

Ga Young clutched Guwon's hand as she drew him out,

"Don't tell him what happened earlier."

Guwon shook his head in agreement as he handed her his jacket and went in. She moaned,

"He's not even worried."

When she was about to leave, Guwon came from behind and asked her if he could drop her off, and she ofcourse agreed.

When she returned, she noticed flowers beside the door and picked them up.

She sat down and pulled out the card that read,

"I hope you're doing well, i know you have been through so much now, but i will always be there for you."

She smiled as she looked at it.

When she went out to dump trash in the morning, she noticed Do hee waiting outside her house and asked,

"What is it now?"

Gayoung scoffed and smirked as she received a package of sweets from Dohee.

Gayoung went in after receiving a call from the same employee number asking,

"Mam, did you decide?"

"Yes, I will come and sign it."

She left her apartment and took a cab to the office.

She entered there as the employee requested her to sign it. As she was about to sign it, the employee unintentionally dropped coffee on the form.

"Aishhh, sorry."

"Oh, it's fine. Just give me one more,"

"Oh well, we don't have the official stamp on the other,"

"Oh well,"

"You can get a stamp on this on the day you leave. I will be at the office waiting,"

"Then I will leave,"

"Oh mam, when do you plan to leave?"

"On 27th June"

"Fine, I will book a ticket for you."

She got out and spotted Bokgyu outside the office she tried to hide her face but, he approached her and asked why she was there.

"I came to meet someone."

She started walking when he asked,

"Are you leaving?"

She turned back and asked,

"What do you mean?"

"You're leaving for Abroad, right?,"

she hesitated but agreed.

"Does Guwon know?"

"No and I don't plan to tell him now,"

she smiled as she walked away.

She walked to a beach and sat by the sea, as tears fell from her eyes.
