Chapter 7

Contract entered into between Phayu, Rain, and Prapai

Contract shall commence on the 21st March 2023

Contract shall be in effect for as long as all three parties mutually agree for it to continue. On the 21st of every second month, an obligatory conversation is to be held for this agreement to take place.

Phayu shall have the following responsibilities:
- to provide a safe and stable environment for play
- to provide Rain and Prapai with training so they can adequately fulfil their own respective responsibilities
- to ensure Rain keeps up with his academic goals and Prapai stays focused on his work
- to administer punishments and rewards alike in an adequate and safe way
- to uphold rules and oversee the adherence to them

Rain shall have the following responsibilities:
- to verbally communicate his needs in and outside of play
- to follow training sessions attentively and retain their teaching value
- to prioritize his academic assignments for the time being and not neglect them in any way
- to accept punishments and rewards as long as they are administered in an adequate and safe way
- to adhere to the rules that have been agreed upon and reassess his behaviour after punishment

Prapai shall have the following responsibilities:
- to adhere to the common rules set for the household
- to follow training sessions attentively and retain their teaching value
- to prioritize his work schedule over free time activities and discipline himself
- to carefully monitor his comfort levels and to communicate any insecurities or doubts he should have at any given point in time
- to accept Phayu's role and not interfere with punishments or enable Rain in any way except for when punishment breaches the limits of safe and healthy play

Names

Phayu's name in public: P'Phayu
In private and during play: Daddy, Alpha, Phayu

Rain's name in public: Rain, baby
In private and during play: Rain, bunny, sweet/naughty/bad boy, brat, princess

Prapai's name in public: Prapai, Pai, P'Pai
In private and during play: Alpha, P'Pai, Appa, pup

Rules, etiquette & protocols

Any kind of rude language, cursing, and disrespect is strictly forbidden at any time, whether a play is in session or not, in public or at home. Should either party be upset at any point during conversation, they are to focus on their breathing for three to five minutes and communicate their feelings through appropriate words and phrasing. Rain especially shall reflect on his thoughts before voicing them when he is upset. Any violation of this rule will be met with a one-time warning before punishment ensues.

Not answering a call from the others on purpose or out of spite is strictly forbidden. This rule is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all parties and shall not be broken except for in emergencies that warrant a missed call. Phones shall always be kept charged when one, two, or all parties leave the house, and shall never be put on silent.

A list with common rules shall be posted for everyone to view in Phayu's private office space. Said rules are to be adhered to by all parties at any time. Any violation of these rules will be met with a two-time warning before punishment ensues.

Rain is to keep his heat schedule available for Phayu and Prapai to view at any time. Under no circumstances is Rain allowed to discontinue the use of his birth control pills, which regulate his heats and prevent pregnancy, nor are Phayu and Prapai allowed to purposefully withhold them from him. Should the conversation about pups arise at any given point in time, the decision to discontinue Rain's birth control is to be made consensually between all three parties.
