Secret First Kiss (Y/n X Sasuke)

Ch 2

Time-line is the day before the last day at the academy.

Naruko's pov*

I was very excited today because it was the day we took our exam to become genin.

Naruto has been begging me to help him master the shadow clone jutsu. In the end, I did. He did pretty well and master it fairly quickly.

Now it's my turn to take the test. "Naruko Uzamaki, it's your turn," Iruka sensei said. When I walked to the front of the class, I could tell all eyes where on me.

"Alright, Naruko, can you please present your shadow clone, jutsu?" iruka sensei said while smiling at me. He had been there for me and Naruto a lot, and I was grateful to him. "Ok," I responded.

I did the hand sighs for the jutsu and made about 4 clones. I didn't want to overdo it. "Amazing as always, Naruko," said Iruka-sensei proudly.

I had expected that response since out of everyone in the class, I was the strongest and most promising.

After me was Sasuke and ofc all the girls were fawning over him. I will admit he was handsome. He was very strong, and he was definitely strongest in the class after me.

Him and Naruto had always argued with each other because
Naruto liked a girl named Sakura, but she liked Sasuke, and Naruto thought Sasuke would take her from him. Which I'll admit was very stupid.

Anyway, Sasuke did his shadow clone jutsu and made two. Iruka-sensei praised him and called Naruto up last.

I called out from the back of the class, "Naruto, don't overdo it." He nodded and did the shadow clone jutsu and made three.

This surprised Iruka-sensei because Naruto couldn't make even one shadow clone a few days ago. I was very proud of him, and I could tell so was Iruka-sensei.

It was weird though Mizuki-sensei looked angry and annoyed at Naruto, but after a minute, he started smirking something was off, so after class, when everyone got their headbands and left.

I went to talk to Iruka-sensei I asked, "Iruka-sensei, I need to talk to you about something. Do you have a minute?"

I guess he could tell something was wrong and asked "yeah I have a minute. What's wrong?"

I told him,"It's about Mizuki-sensei. He was acting odd earlier." "How so?" He asked curiously.

"Well, when Naruto made shadow clones and passed the test he looked mad and annoyed at naruto but after a minute he smirked, I think he is up to something, and whatever it is, it isn't good" I tolded him with a concerned expression.

"Your right, he did seem odd, I will tell the other teachers and jonin to watch in but for now watch Naruto, because whatever Mizuki is planning he seems to need Naruto for" he said.

"Thank you, sensei." I thanked him. "No, thank you for informing me," he responded. "You should head home now though," he told me.

After he said that, I headed home. Naruto was waiting at the diner table with two cups of Ramen one for each of us. I sat down beside him.

I thanked him, and he just smiled and said, "It's no problem, ya know." Mom used to say 'ya know' a lot too. I still can't believe how alike they are.

After me and Naruto ate, we went to bed, excited for the next day when we got put in our teams.
