Brittle Tale...

little lost adventurer!

sat in a quickly moving dark blue family car was a Mother and a Daughter they drove down a vast mountain side with trees all over it was a sunny day all hot and perfect for being out in this environment sat in the back seat of this car scribbling down in her little book this adorable bundle of joy was named Avery! she always left an impression on those who met her right now she was in the middle of drawing some more monster Friends drawing a whole bunch actually! she drew herself in the middle smiling and laughing along with these Friends of hers! she often found herself lost in that little crazy brain of hers conjuring up a world only she could see and have fun with her tounge hung out of her mouth as she very sloppily drew these monsters wacky joyful monsters! her sweet but also very worried Mother watched her through the mirror in the car but made sure to keep her eyes mostly on the rocky road ahead ''Sweet Heart were almost there... don't be strange okay?'' her Mother said in a soft sweet tone of voice but also added a little fun to it it would of sounded cruel if she didn't ''Hehehe... Mooooom i said i wouldn't get into trouble okaaaay?'' her mother simply smiled in response and reached a hand back to gently tickle dear little Avery which of course... made her burst out into absolute adorable laughter and snorts that were ever so cute! her Mothers hand retracted as quickly as it attacked grasping back onto the wheel appearing up ahead waaaaas... the School Avery was now going to and it seemed she was not the only child arriving many other kids were saying goodbye to their parents giving hugs and kisses or not... Avery stared and already just from the sight of this place had her eyes filled with sparkly stars!!!! ''WHOAAAA!!!! this place looks amazing its so colourful and cute! look at all the animal statues lots of bunnies and big mean wolves!'' Avery Mother nodded and glanced around more so focused on the parents saying goodbye to their children which she also would be doing soon... not for long of course! but still... no parent enjoys having their child gone for hours sure it could be nice to have peace and silence here and there but! a parent will never actually want their child to be gone for as long as Avery will be the blue car they were in came to a stop and Avery began frantically undoing her tight seat belt she was rushing like some wild freaking animal trying to get out of the car she was in and get a good looooong look around... her mouther reached back and stopped Avery right in her attempt to rush out of her car simply by placing her soft slender hand on her dear sweet Daughters cheek... for a moment her Mother appeared to be sad and possibly really sad to see her go Avery placed both of her tiny hands on her Mothers and held it tightly even going as far as to nuzzle her Mothers hand this made her Mother smile a bright smile filled with joy even still though... sadness still infected her Heart despite that she still Smiled on and after finally retracted her hand back she spoke in her usual sweet tone of voice ''I just know your gonna make lots of amazing Friends here my little Star'' After that her Mother got out of the car first unbuckling her sweet precious Star of course! Avery was of course quick to follow and as soon as she was outside of the car she spun around getting a good loooooong look at the forest not really a forest more like a large set of woodlands to Avery though... they might as well been a forest! around her she then stopped staying still for a bit just to recover from the dizziness she inflicted on herself her Mother shook her head side to side and offered her hand which Avery took ever so quickly! the two walked on over to the front of the school it was clear all the children had gone inside and the parents were all leaving... a teacher stood at the School entrance and slightly crouched herself down to better greet Avery who just like all the rest of the children was a brand new student coming to the Mountain top School! before this female teacher could even utter a single freaking word Avery completely cut her off with a yell! ''H-Hello!!!! my name is Avery i am super excited to start my first day in this school its so freaking beautiful here!!!!'' the teacher was soooo much more then shocked she was damm right freaked out! this must of been the most excited she has ever seen a child y-yeah... she's seen excited kids sad kids heck! even angry kids but Avery was a totally different type of child... ''hahaha! sorry for my precious Daughters behaviour she's really a sweetie pie when you get to know her'' Avery Mother spoke up attempting to calm her Daughter down while also explain to this poor teacher why she had to endure being screamed at if she couldn't handle that much then surely she wouldn't of chosen this career right? it came to the time for Avery and her sweet Loving Mother to part ways for a few days after getting her daughters attention she got lots of hugs and kisses and then she watched her daughter vanish into the school with the teacher the Mother slowly walked back to her car and got inside it after crying a bit she finally started it up and drove back down the way she and Avery came but all alone now... inside Avery was brought into a classroom with lots of other children they were all silent but kinda became loud and rowdy the moment a new student entered which of course was sweet crazy Avery! who instantly joined in on this little uhhh child army riot? yeah... that best explains what was currently unfolding before the poor teachers one teacher had a clever plan though! and without a second thought put that plan into action not missing this perfect chance! ''now now students if you all calm down i promise we can go on a nice walk in the woods and around mountain so how does that sound?'' the kids instantly became silent and were so much easier to handle now! the other teachers including the one Avery came in with was super thankful Miss Harold made this little deal with the kids that was just her nature though she always found ways out of kids giving her a hard time all teachers here knew they could rely on her at all times ''today we will have no lesson just some free time for you all ok?'' the children all cheered and after a little shhhh from Miss Harold they all went silent the day went on super smoothly saying the children had fun was a freaking understatement! soon it had come to the time for the Children to be sent off to bed and off they all went escorted by a teacher called Miss Renley she brought the children each to their own little bedroom and got them tucked in nicely all but a single child she was... missing?!?!?! Miss Renley instantly informed the other teachers including Miss Harold after searching for a while they found Avery wondering by herself! no scolding just some comforting and then a escort by Miss Harold herself who was the teacher that Avery yelled at the entrance of this amazing beautiful school on the mountain top Miss Harold tucked Avery into her bed and sang her a song to help her better sleep and fall asleep is exactly what Avery did! she let out cute little yawns and closed those strange purple eyes of hers and fell into a truly deep sleep... when the morning came the children were woken and escorted to the class room from their first day and once all of them were seated the day began! the children did some pretty fun but far more intense work then normal schools would give children! that just shows how creative and amazing the children here were though Avery seemed to be the main focus of the miss Harold Avery seemed more then just smart she got all answers correct and even went out of her way to help other students! of course the only problem was the fact it took a teacher going over and convincing Avery to focus on the work and not anything freaking else around the little bundle of joy! once they handle that they were able to get her working and helping others! not very long though until she was back to being distracted and in need of coursing back onto the work at hand! best to say Avery was making a really good first impression if not an amazing first impression! all the teachers liked her for her sweet nature and so did the other children it came to the time for Miss Harold to stop all the children ''that's enough children pens down and eyes forward please now that everyone has got that finished we can move onto what i have n-'' she was completely cut off by Avery calling her out! ''w-when will we be going on that trip to the woods!!!!'' these words quickly made the other children recall what had been promised and that caused them all to start asking questions... Miss Harold stared with wide eyes and felt herself unable to keep a smile from spreading across her face she could not break that promise as it was only the children's second day here a trip to the woods and around the mountain was a super sweet treat! ''very well... today we will go on that trip around the mountain please children stand and grab your coats its cold up the mountain so we must keep warm and be more then careful we must stick together so no exploring!'' making it clear how cold the top of the mountain was and that it was incredibly dangerous was life saving! especially making it clear that the children were not to wonder off! not ever and not even for a moment or less... the Children were now out of their seats and off to the hallway! each child passing through the classroom door and following were each and every teacher! every teacher didn't need to come along buuut... staying here alone was boring and having a trip outside was just as nice for the adults as it was the children! walking down the hall and then boom! outside they all were walking towards a large locked gate behind and beyond this gate was... ✨woods!✨ Avery was just about to explode with excitement and she hadn't even stepped foot in these woods yet!!!!! Miss Harold walked on over to this gate and after reaching her hand into a pocket of hers she took out a small special black key card and after a quick scan by a special device attached to the large gate it began to open slowly! not so slowly that it would make one annoyed or bothered it actually opened rather fast but still moved at a good speed once they all walked out of School grounds and into these woods the gate began to close all by itself! super fancy yes and really got the kids attention all but Avery! she was just so mesmerised by the woods and all the green around her sure technology was interesting but nothing could truly be more interesting then nature! nature in its pure form would of course be a forest but these were only woods one had to wonder just how Avery would react if she were in a forest... i would suggest maybe explode? the Teachers led the way and the children followed some teachers stayed at the back much muuuuuch easier to keep an eye on them all that way one the way around the Mountain they stopped at some Beautiful spots such as a decent sized river with a huge population of fish and turtles! that really got the children screaming Miss Harold had to basically drag Avery away and convince her there was no need to take a turtle with her! off to the next stop which was off to a much better and more calm start! before their very eyes was a beautiful giant Tree! colourful and so very eye catching the levees oh yes those... they were the most eye catching part the levees were rainbow not possible you say? well... shut it no one cares what you think! the levees caught Avery and with huge sparkly stars of amazement in her eyes she rushed over and very gently placed her small hands on the base of the tree! slight pulse occurring here and there this only further amazed her even more! some of the teachers were about to call out or even go over to get Avery back as they were annoyed by the amount of times she ran off or got left behind Miss Harold put a single hand up stopping them all with a smile on her face she walked over and crouched beside Avery and place her own much larger hand on the base of the tree feeling it pulse wildly ''amazing is it not? this is one of the only trees here that looks like this its really truly Beautiful...'' Avery looked over to Miss Harold and her eyes were now locked on her Miss Harold could tell with easeeeee Avery had questions to many to answer yes but as always she found a way out of this situation ''if we can get this trip moving and get back to the school before the sun goes down... i will tell you all i know about this amazing tree does that sound like a good D-'' she was yet again cut off by the little adventurous Star ''YES! YES! YES! w-we... we need to get moving right away!'' Avery raced off back to the other students some of them were annoyed by her but more so cause she kept causing them all to stop and be worried finally they all got moving and were arriving at the next stop until... it occurred Avery had gone missing yet again! so most of the teachers stayed with the entire class and even continued on while Miss Harold and some personal Friends of hers who worked in the school tried their best to locate her they of freaking course went straight back to the Rainbow Tree hoping Avery would be there i am afraid they would never ever make it to her before she would go... MISSING Avery had slipped away and made her way back to the tree only cause she wished to draw a picture of it stupid and dangerous yes i know but she was so very dead set on drawing this picture hoping to show her mother and even her monster friends! as she scribbled it down and used some colours she had on her a hole began to open on the base of the tree pitch blackness was all her eyes could see instead of being scared our Avery was instead extremely and overly interested her joyful and adventurous side would surely be her undoing for what awaited her was horrific and dark... the tree closed its hole the moment she went into it and all that was left was a half coloured picture of the Rainbow Tree with lots of colouring pencils scattered around it... WHERE HAS OUR STAR FALLEN TO?
