Yae Y/n layed on a capsule to continue her healing from the procedures done to her, whilst doctors and nurses all walked around her room to make sure she heals properly.

She feels somewhat disappointed that she had lost to her opponent, and she also feels intrigued, the first Daikaiju she faced is intelligent, it spoke to her like how a normal human would.

"It can send metal fast and strong enough to Pierce my shoulders, it can also form a weapon a weapon with it's flesh, interesting, i heard of numbers weapons before, maybe i could kill it and make it as mine."

She paused her though, as she realized she is getting greedy one of the things her grandfather stated she should not do as it goes against their family virtue.

"I must not be tempted, but before i could do so i need to improve further."

Her thoughts were cut short when the door opened revealing the Vice Captain of the third division, with his usual sly smile which reminded her of two people she knows very well.

"Greetings Vice Captain Hoshina."

She greeted him her tone was of opposite of the one's she has used when in the battle field, it was gentle and somewhat calming in a way.

"Greetings to you aswell Yae-chan, how are you feeling?"

The vice captain casually spoke to her, she was slightly taken aback but felt relieved to be treated normally.

"I am feeling well Vice Captain, may i know why the sudden visit? not to be rude, but i am just curious."

She spoke calmly as tried to sit up which made her grown in pain, when the nurses heard of this they instantly helped her sit upright and left with the doctors to give them privacy.

"Well i am here to give you thanks and congratulate my soon to be student."

The Vice Captain joked which actually made her smile lightly, as she has forgotten of their deal, she remembers the interaction as somewhat embarrassing knowing many heard her declaration.

"First of all me and Captain Ashiro thank you for holding off that Daikaiju which we have decided to Label Kaiju. 10 as our camera's caught a different one appearing way before you met the Kaiju you fought though it is still not being confirmed, and we congratulate you for being immediately accepted into the defense force, starting from now on you will be the third division's third in command as we have heard from Director Keiji Itami that you are well versed in mind games and is good at leading, and mid battle against Kaiju No 10 you reached Captain level."

This revelation slightly shocked the Pink haired girl, as she has never thought of herself as someone best fit in leading someone much less a division, and she reached Captain level? She was to deep into the fight she must have not noticed it.

"I am starting to believe i am a Mary Sue."

Y/n joked making the male chuckle before continuing his statements.

"Well that is not all, after you are discharged you will also be interviewed in your weapons preference's since you went straight to Elite member, and your suit will be upgraded since a normal one can't handle your combat power."

Hoshina stated but she shook her head in disagreement, as she felt the need to correct him but decided to do it in the most polite way she can.

"I apologize Vice Captain, i will agree to the customized weapon and a new suit but i will not make use of it until i defeat that Kaiju, I want it to be my Numbers weapon so the current restrictions will remain if i am not asking for too much."
