I know it sounds like I have been here for an age, but I've only been here for about 2 weeks learning all the rules. Constantly shovelling in info I'm gonna need when I go in.Today the real thing begins.
I jump out of my compulsory daily ice cold shower and whip on some clothes before heading downstairs to meet my trainer for the first time.
