CISCO FINSHES hooking her up and sighs before looking at Wally.

Wally: (stammers) wha- what? M-my daughter?
CISCO GRABS his tablet and shows him the paternity test that Caitlin took when Barry thought Tess was his because she is a speedster, Wally was shocked.
Wally: I don't remember the last time I've been with anyone, who's her mom?
Cisco: Delaney Morgan.
WALLY HAD to sit down for a bit, he felt overwhelmed and lightheaded.
Wally: This is all so much to take in...
Cisco: There's another thing, her mom passed away due to cancer, she's staying with your sister Iris. She is going through trauma.
Wally: What happened?
CISCO sighs and speaks.
Cisco: She was kidnapped and raped and tortured.
WALLY'S BLOOD BOILED, he knows he wasn't present in her life but he can't help but feel horrible about what happened to her. Wally holds his composure and speaks.
Wally: Who did this to her?
Cisco: Chris Paulson and his minions, ''The Twins'' Chloe and her unidentified brother. Chloe's brother did most of the rape and sexual assault.
WALLY CLENCHED his jaw and balled up his fist as lightning glowed around him.
Wally: Did you guys catch them?
Cisco: Chris Paulson is in Iron Heights, but Chloe and her brother escape the police custody. I've been trying to track them but the trail has gone cold.
JUST AS WALLY was going to say something, Tess woke up, and Cisco and Wally rushed to her side.
Tess: (groggily) What happened?
Wally: y-you passed out from dehydration and malnourishment...
Cisco: Tess, sweetie how come you haven't been taking care of yourself?
