Nana was listening to music, waiting on campus for her bestfriend, Kang Ha. She was humming quietly, when someone tapped her shoulder. She looked up, finding Ri-an and Woojin looking at her. She took off her headphones, and bowed politely. "We need to talk. Follow us." She went to grab her bag and violin case when Woojin grabbed them for her. She side eyed him before following Ri-an to a room. Ri-an turned to look at her, as she stood tall in her uniform, as the silence in the room was thick. "What is Kang Ha planning?" "I don't know." "But you are his friend." "Doesn't mean I butt into his business. Kang Ha is his own person with his own agenda. I can't tell him how to run his life." Ri-an glared before walking closer to her. "Don't get on my last nerve." He walked out as Woojin looked at her. "Why not give him up?" "Why do you care?" He sighed before walking out as well.

Nana took a small breathe before walking out to class. She was texting on her phone but came to an abrupt stop when she realized that Kang Ha was already sitting at his desk. She walked up to him and gently smacked the back of his head. He flinched when he realized it was his friend. Some classmates murmured when they realized that she wasn't angry at him. He smiled at her but it dropped when he saw the unamused look on her face. "So I'm guessing you heard." "You are a deadman." She sat down next him when he realized that she was going to want to talk. "I was ambushed by the king and his lapdog." "Are you okay?" She nodded as she set her bag down and sat next to him. "If I have to see them again, I will smack you harder." "Why is it that you look nice but you bite?" She shrugged as she took her books out. Class started and she was paying attention, as she needed to maintain her grades to maintain her scholarship. As she was writing down notes, the bell rang, and everyone started disbursing, she turned to her best friend when he rushed out after Jae-I. She sighed before heading after him. Nana watched Kang Ha get rejected, as people laughed around him. "idiot." She muttered as she laced her arm with his. "Come on, you owe me breakfast." He laughed as she dragged him to get her food.

Kang Ha and Song Nana got off the bus, standing in a giant retreat, people started separating, heading to their own private affairs. "Do you wanna go hiking?" "Nah, I wanna look around first. I'll catch up with you later?" Kang Ha nodded as she started heading down towards her villa. She was walking with her headphones on, looking at the nature around her. She was observing the woods, kicking the dirt with her shoes. She found her cabin, and opened the door, finding a couch, bed and other necessities. She set her stuff down and heading outside, stretching. After much debating, she decided to sketch the forest around her, as her villa only had her and someone else, but as far as she knew, her father manage to snag her a decent room.

Nana sat on her porch steps, engrossed in a sketchbook, when the unmistakable sound of a luxury pulled onto the walkway next door shattered her concentration. She peeked over the fence and saw Woojin dressed impeccably in designer clothes that seemed to scream wealth. As he walked towards his front door with an air of entitlement, Nana couldn't help but roll her eyes. She had always sensed that he was different from her, but seeing his extravagant lifestyle up close irked her more than usual. Perhaps it was their previous encounters that caused an irritation between them. Despite their occasional polite exchanges, and rather rude gestures towards eachtoher, Woojin's privileged aura grated on her nerves, a constant reminder of the stark differences between them. She may have come from wealth, but her decision and father's decision to hide it, help maintain her stability of reality. She sighed, flipping her sketchbook shut with a sense of frustration, wondering how someone so materially blessed could be so oblivious to the world beyond his gated existence. Atleast that is what she thought.
