It was the weirdest feeling walking home with him that day. I had many questions in my mind, but I didn't have the strength to ask them.
"So...Ji-a.. are you feeling alright?"
The first time he actually called me by my name.
"So, you actually know my name."
"Of course I do. Me calling you other names was just to pick on you."
I sigh and I look down at the floor as we walk.
"I don't really know you." He speaks up again.
"Well, Hong-gil.. what do you want to know?"
"Hm... what's your favorite snack?"
"Samanco. The green tea flavor."
"Hm, interesting." He smiles a bit.
"Also I want to know something.." I ask quietly.
"Hm?"
"Why did you help me..?"
He scoffs and rolls his eyes. "It's reasonable to help anyone in that situation. C'mon."
"Mhm... true.."
I sigh silently and looks up seeing that we're coming around to my house. We walk a little bit more in silence, then we reach my house. I stop in front of it and looks at him. He's studying my house.
"So this is where you live?"
I nod.
"Not Bad."
I roll my eyes before walking up to the door.
"Wait!"
I turn around and stares at his face as he starts to speak up.
"Stay safe.. and don't be that vulnerable... ever again."
I nod slowly. "Okay... I won't ever."
He smiles before waving. "Goodnight!!"
I wave back at him before opening my door and walking into my house.
