*Timeskip~*

India reached the lake, she slowly sat down, and started crying, her tears falling into the lakes waters, oh.. How much she wished she could have a shoulder to cry on, how much she wish she was loved back again. She doesn't understand what she had done wrong.

The lake was silent, as if it was listening to her pleas, as no country would listen to her.

That's when all of a sudden, she receives a small kiss on her cheek, she looks around and finds a tall country with a black flag and a red bird in between, she had never seen such a country, so she asked...

"H-hello.. Who are you? Are you new here?"

"Not quite sure if you could call me new... But that doesn't matter... I'm here to hear your worries and pain. By the way I'm Arstotzka" he replied with a smile

"Oh.. I'm India" She replied while studying Arstotzka's emotions, trying to understand what he's here for, what does he wants from her.

Arstotzka then slowly and calmly sits down, and wraps his arm around India's shoulders, giving her comfort and protection, he gently moved a strand of hair that had fell on India's face. Meanwhile, India started blushing, she knew all this was wrong, but she was too lonely to stop him. She wanted to be loved, that's all.

"H-Hey! Don't you think you're being a bit too... Close-ish...?" India asked, distancing herself a bit from him

"Really? If so I'll respect your feelings" Arstotzka said but then his facial expressions darkened

"But... I need to ask you something, Miss...." he then slowly pulls out a photo of a country with a purple flag with a golden emblem on him. "Have you seen him anywhere? I am on the search for him."

"No

"No... But who's that?" India asked while curiously looking at the picture, wondering from where all these countries are comming from, as nome of them are registered in the world, atleast that's what United Nations told India last day...

"Kolechia... My rival... I guess he's not here" Arstotzka said while crushing the picture a little bit, knowing that he could fix it later

India continously kept thinking of the picture, realising that the country in the picture dressed a lot like her dead friend... Soviet.... Soviet Union... The man she loved, but kept her feelings hidden, for she believed that her true intentions would ruin their friendship..

She starts to get flashbacks about how they massacred Soviet... In an cold December Christmas night of 1991... The blood on the snow.. China trying to wake him up... Russia's screams...  That's when she suddenly jolts from her flashback with sweat forming upon her face.

"You're sweating..." Arstotzka said, he took his hankerchief and wiped India's sweat

"Sukriya..." She says, calming down a bit, and enjoying the beautiful lakeside view.
