As the Quest continues, they're walking down along a highway, they're going to come across another entity, another God, specifically God of War; Ares.
There's a test with Hephaestus's Amusement park to get an important thing, the shield for Ares, for a plan to talk to Hades in the underworld.
"Why would Hephaestus build an amusement park?"
"Maybe he finds them amusing?"
Meanwhile Ares and Grover are speaking at the dinner, after a while Percy had sat down and turned to Gold because he made the decision for Annabeth and him... it wasn't for too long though, they got the shield, now they're getting themself on their way again.
They then had a conversation, via Iris message....with Luke...when they think Clarisse is the lightning thief even if some or all gods think its Percy.
