Yup I'm going on a simple assassination mission so I should be back in time for me to see my beautiful children" Itachi said as he looked at Reina pregnant stomach.

Yup but before I go could you gather all the rookies except for Sakura and tell them to meet me by the gate I have something to tell all of you" Reina said as Hinata nodded as she ran away.

Reina was waiting by the gates for her friends as she rubbed her stomach as she could feel the babies kicking.
Calm down little ones soon you will be out and giving trouble" Reina thought as she couldn't wait for her babies to be born

Why didn't he sent Bradley or Kamiko" Reina asked as she blushed a bit from her husband overprotective nature.
Kamiko-Oneesan and Bradley Onii-san are on a mission so they couldn't come" Liko said.

Reina and Liko waited a bit until they saw Konoha nine minus Sakura came.
