."No! Yoongi Hyung, you are getting it wrong!" Jihoon whined as Yoongi once again fumbled a dance move.
"Hey, I'm doing it just fine! Don't try to teach me—you just got here!" Yoongi shot back, drenched in sweat.
"So what if I just came? I'm doing it better than you, grandpa!" Jihoon shouted, his frustration evident.
The argument escalated quickly, interrupting the middle of their dance practice. This wasn't the first time Yoongi and Jihoon clashed. Yoongi couldn't stand how much the boy talked, and Jihoon was fed up with Yoongi's grumpy demeanor. Their words cut deep, turning small disagreements into increasingly intense confrontations. The other members watched, concerned, as the tension between them grew larger and larger.
"STOP!" Namjoon shouted, his voice cutting through the noise as he glared at both of them, his expression livid.
"Namjoon-ah—" Jin began, trying to calm the situation, but Namjoon raised his hand to silence him.
Yoongi and Jihoon stared at Namjoon, eyes wide with surprise and a bit of fear. The room fell into a heavy silence as everyone waited to see what Namjoon would do next.
"This has to end," Namjoon said firmly. "We're a team. We can't keep fighting like this. If we want success, we need to stop it, okay? Help each other rather than sabotaging each other as is typical in most agencies! Yoongi Hyung, Jihoon, I don't care who started it or why. We need to work together, and that means respecting each other. Understood?" His voice was clear-cut, leaving no room for nonsense.
"But Suga hyung—" Jihoon tried to protest.
"I said understood, Jihoon?" Namjoon repeated, this time with more pressure in his words.
Jihoon nodded, lowering his head.
"Say sorry to each other," Jin interjected, his voice warm as he stood next to Namjoon.
Taehyung moved behind Yoongi and J-Hope positioned himself behind Jihoon, gently pushing them toward each other.
"Sorry, whatever it is, I shouldn't forget you are older than me. I'm sorry," Jihoon said, his voice tiny as he bowed.
"It's okay, I'm sorry as well. I will let you teach me when I'm doing it wrong," Yoongi apologized, bowing slightly in return.
Jungkook, standing beside Jin, smiled silently as Jin shook his head, watching Jihoon and Taehyung playfully bickering with their hands.
Soon enough, the manager arrived with food, and they all sat down on the floor to eat. Namjoon cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention.
"Guys, please, let's not fight among ourselves. If we want to reach great heights, we need to have mutual respect for each other. It's the first step for a great group. I'm not just saying this for Jihoon and Yoongi Hyung, but for all of us."
The room was filled with nods and murmurs of agreement. They understood that in order to achieve their dreams, they had to stick together, supporting and respecting each other along the way. Despite the conflict, they knew Namjoon's leadership would guide them through.
Taehyung sighed as he got down from his bed, taking a glance at Jungkook, who seemed to be lying awake. Silently, he walked to the living room.
Jungkook, who was indeed awake, got up and followed Taehyung with quiet steps. "Hyung?" he called out softly.
Taehyung jumped slightly at the sound of Jungkook's voice. "Oh! You scared me!" he said, placing a hand over his chest.
"What's wrong? You said you were sleepy, so I thought you wouldn't come to the living room tonight," Jungkook said, sitting down on the floor.
