Because Of You

Part Two

-----------------------6:30 a.m.--------------------------

Ugh. High school. So boring

I get up and start getting ready but, I tried to wear some better clothes this time.

I wear my black crop top, some black skinny jeans and a red, black and white flannel. I run down the stairs getting a granola bar, putting on some red toms and then I head to school.

----------First Period (Chemistry Class)------------

I walk in and take my seat and of course nobody would sit with me because I was the new kid.

Wow. Is it because im the new kid. Or. Am I just just a weird looking feak. Oh no. Don't sit with. Ah. Damit.

"Hey!" Paul says coming and sitting down next to me. Great just what I wanted. "Great seeing you again"

I fake a smile. I wanted to see him but it was so awkuard. It was silent exept that the teacher was talking. Then I feel his hand accidentally touching mine so I cross my hands on the table.

"You will be doing a project with your partner, the one next to you starting today" The teacher says. I slowly turned around to look at Paul. He turned around and I quickly looked back at the teacher. "You will have to be doing this project out of class, I wont be wasting time in class to work"

"My house?" Paul asks me bumping me from his shoulder to mine

"Y-yea, sure" I smile but this time it was real.

--------------------------Lunch--------------------------

I get my lunch and stand at the end of the line looking were to sit. Of course people were divided in their types. Cheerleaders. Smart. Popular. Athletes. I walked by every table and found an empty one.

Yay. A table just for me. Ugh. Im so alone.

I eat my food in such a lazy way. I was so tired and all I could think of is Paul. I didn't see him in the line or anywhere

"Hale!" I hear. I turn around and I see Paul with his hand raised. "Over here, there's an extra seat"

I start walking towards him and he looks at me while I walk. He smiles. I smile back. He's sitting with some guys.
