Prince Sebastian of Clarence (Sebastian Philip Charles; 4 March 2017) is a member of the British royal family. He is the eldest son of Prince Simon, Duke of Clarence and Princess Adeline, Duchess of Clarence.
Sebastian is a grandson of King Charles III and tenth in line of succession to the British throne behind her mother and older sister. Sebastian was born at St Mary's Hospital, London, during the reign of his maternal great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and was eleventh in line before her death.

Prince Sebastian was born 09:42 BST on 4 March 2017 in St Mary's Hospital, London, during the reign of his maternal great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. He was the second child of Simon, Duke of Clarence and Princess Adeline, Duchess of Clarence. His birth was announced by press release and followed by the display of a traditional easel in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace. His name was announced as Sebastian Philip Charles on 6 March 2017.
Sebastian was eighth in the line of succession to the British throne at the time of his birth. Sebastian was christened on 12 May by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, at St Mary Magdalene Church, Sandringham.
Sebastian and his siblings lived in York House during her early childhood. Sebastian made his first appearance on the balcony for Trooping the Colour in 2018. Sebastian started at Willcocks Nursery School in September 2020. He joined his older sister at Thomas's London Day School in September 2021.
Elizabeth II died on 8 September 2022 and was succeeded by Sebastian's grandfather as Charles III. Accordingly, Sebastian became tenth in line to the throne. Sebastian and his siblings occasionally accompany their parents on royal engagements, tours, and diplomatic visits.
Before the birth of Sebastian's older sister, it was announced that all the children of the Duke and Duchess of Clarence would be styled as children of a non royal duke since they were female line descendants and was not entitled to use the style of Princess or Prince.
At the accession of Charles III, Sebastian along with his father and siblings were granted the use of the title "prince" and style "royal highness" as descendants of King Charles. Thus Sebastian became a British Prince with the official style and title "His Royal Highness Prince Sebastian of Clarence".
