I walked into the club with Luca, and we walked over to the bar, taking a seat on the stool. My mind instantly went to Evelyn, it's been weeks since we technically started dating, I don't even know no where to start I mean she's so badass and don't even get me started on the way she talks back to me. I didn't know if I was in love or not. She's just so intoxicating that it's ridiculous.
She's different fromCeline, my first true love, or should I say my snake of an ex.
Celine is my ex girlfriend, she's psycho and, of course, obsessed with me, plus when Evelyn and I's relationship goes public this weekend at the mafia ball. She's going to go absolutely crazy but I'm overprotective for Evelyn. Even though I don't show it, she deserves my protection. I am her boyfriend, after all .
As I was thinking, Luca tapped my shoulder and snapped me out of my train of thought. I looked at him, and he smirked at me. "What are you smirking at?" I asked as I waved down the bartender. "You're thinking about her, aren't you?" His smirk widened, and I rolled my eyes and looked at him.
"Who?" I asked.
"Evelyn. Who else, dummy." He said in a kid's voice. Luca always wanted me to get a girlfriend since Celine, and when he found it, I was dating Evelyn he kept bugging me.
"Right. I wasn't thinking about her." I say as I took a sip of my drink. When I was dating Celine, I never got freedom with her because she always wanted my attention, she was the insecure type. She got insecure about everything, didn't matter what the issue was about.
"So you're telling me, you haven't thought about Evelyn this entire?" He asked.
I shook my head and looked at him. "Why think about someone who isn't worth thinking about?" I say as Luca shook his head and laughed.
"I guess you're right about that."
I honestly didn't want a relationship with anyone right now because Celine and I broke up a year ago. I wasn't really ready for dating but this relationship between Evelyn and I is just a business thing for our family.
"Well I'm going to go look for girl to sleep with, see you tomorrow." He said as he walked away and I rolled my eyes then my phone vibrated against my thigh. I pulled it out and it was Evelyn.
