Chapter 22

Acacia's P.O.V
I wake up wrapped in Brent's arms. Then I remember Madi is coming today!!! I jump out of bed and run into the bathroom. After a quick shower I blow dry and curl my hair. "Babe?" I hear from the bedroom. "Yes?" I answer. "Hayley wants to talk to you!!" I roll my eyes and walk out of the bathroom. "Yes?" I say with my arms crossed over my chest. "I want to say I'm sorry.. For everything" I smile and just nod. "Okay. I accept your apology." And she smiles back. I then kindly excuse myself to finish getting ready.
"Babe I'm so excited!" I squealed as Brent and I drove to the airport. He just smiled and grabbed my hand. "I can tell baby. How long is she down for?" He asks and I shrug. "Probably just a week but I'm not sure." I reply and he just nods.
Once we find a parking space I leap out of the van and start sprinting toward the door of the airport. I look for gate 42C because that's her gate from Virginia. I arrive at the gate and look around. I finally spot light brown hair and a light blue bow with the initials M.E on it. I immediately run to it because that's Madi. I bought her that bow. Also she's happy because her initials are ME so that's another clue. Once I get to her she turns around and smiles at me. I grab my sister and hug her like no other. "Gosh have I missed you Mads!" I shout and I hear her laugh. "I missed you too Cacia! And do you know how much begging it took to keep Jack at the house?" She replied and I cocked my head in confusion. "He was pissed that I got to go and he had to stay." She clarified and I nodded. "Ohhhh." I say then grab her hand and pull her to the luggage. This is going to be one rad week!!
