Chapter 4

Taehyung reached home and went to his washroom, he looked at himself in the mirror and touched his lips while smiling.
Taehyung's pov:
Your lips felt like cherry, love. I wish I could taste them always.

Author pov:
Taehyung shooked his head and went outside the washroom and layed on his bed thinking about miyeon.

Next morning~
Tae woke up a little late as he slept late last night because of the thoughts about his fiance. He did his morning routines and went to have breakfast, while having it, he got a message from his father..

Appa~
Taehyung, come to H Plus Yangji Hospital
Fast!

Taehyung~

Her grandmother
Got a severe heart attack

As soon as taehyung saw this message, he was shocked and started thinking about miyeon's condition because her grandmother was the only family for her till now. Taehyung took his car keys and drove to the location that his father sent him. As soon as he entered the gate, he saw miyeon crying over his sister's shoulder and everyone looked towards his direction including miyeon. She ran towards him and hugged him tightly snuggling into his chest. Tae wrapped his arms around her hesitantly but after a while, he hugged her securely.

Taehyung: How is halmoni? (Halmoni=grandmother in Korean)
Mr.kim: She is in ICU and doctors said that there are only 35% chances of her to be alive but they are trying.
Miyeon: NO! NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO MY HALMONI! SHE WILL BE ALIVE!!!

Miyeon screamed while crying. She wasn't in her right state of mind, the staffs asked taehyung to calm her down as it is the hospital and other patients might get disturb. Taehyung nodded and tried to calm her down by caressing her back and head.

Taehyung:shh! Everything will be fine, it's okay, calm down.

Tae sat on a chair along with miyeon's head on his shoulder and caressing her back lightly.

Time skip at 11:30 pm~

After awhile, she slept on his shoulder and doctor come outside.

Doctor: she is in a severe condition, but she said that she wants to talk to two people, miyeon and taehyung.

Taehyung and miyeon stood up and miyeon ran to her grandmother. Tae followed her and reached inside the room. Her grandmother looked at both of them and smiled weakly, after seeing her smile, miyeon cried more while tae side-hugged her. Her grandmother called both of them closer and said..
Grandmother: I wanted to see you both getting married in front of my eyes. But I think god has different plans for me. But I have only one request from taehyung.

Taehyung nodded his head, grandmother continued..

Grandmother: Please take care of my granddaughter. I've raised her till this age. I don't want her to be in any danger after I die. Please take care of her and don't make her cry.
Taehyung: I promise halmoni, I'll not let a single tear appear in her eyes.
Miyeon: Ha-lmoni! *cries harder* ple-ase dont leav-e me.

Taehyung looked at her sadly.

Grandmother:It's okay miyeon, everyone has to go one day. You cannot decide it hm? Now be a good child and don't cry. U will have a great family with taehyung, okay? Don't annoy him much and be a good girl like you are *smiles weakly*

After saying this, her grandmother died. Miyeon screamed and cried harder on Taehyung's shoulder. He held her securely and looked at the grandmother and promised to himself again that he will take care of miyeon no matter what.

They both came outside and all of them looked at miyeon sadly.
Taehyung: I will take her to my home, can she stay with me appa?
Mr.kim: of course she can tae. Take her and drive safely.

Taehyung nodded and everyone went to their respective homes and taehyung drove to his home with miyeon. She slept in the car because of crying a lot. After reaching the apartment. Taehyung picked her up in a bridal style and went upstairs and made her lay on his bed. He went to make something for her, till then miyeon woke up.

Miyeon's pov:
I woke up and found myself in a luxurious yet cozy room, but I never came here, whose room is this?! Where the hell am I??

Just then taehyung entered inside the room with some soup and hot chocolate.

Taehyung: Oh u woke up? I made u something to eat. Eat this first.
Miyeon: B-ut why am I here?
Taehyung: Don't worry, you are at my home, you are going to stay here from now on, your luggage will be delivered by tomorrow morning.
Miyeon: Bu-
Taehyung: First eat this miyeon, you haven't eaten anything since morning.

Miyeon hesitantly took the bowl and started eating the soup. She didn't glanced at taehyung because he was looking at her without stopping. After she drank it all, she put the bowl on the tray and yawned a bit.

Taehyung: Now sleep, I'll be back after washing dishes.
Miyeon: I will wash them.
Taehyung: No miyeon, you are already so tired. Just sleep, you need rest.

Miyeon nodded hesitantly and layed on the bed, taehyung covered her with the blanket, she looked at him shyly, tae smiled at her and went to the kitchen.

Miyeon's pov:
I am so lucky to have you tae, I wish I could tell you how much I love you. But I am so shy to express it. I miss you halmoni. I wish you could see how much my fiance loves me.

After awhile, taehyung came and saw miyeon sleeping peacefully, he sighed and went to the other side of the bed and layed down feeling so relaxed because of the soft mattress beneath him. He turned his back towards miyeon and closed his eyes. As soon as he was about to sleep, he felt two arms wrapped around his waist. He glanced at those hands and got to know that it was miyeon, he looked at her and she was sleeping while pouting her lips. Taehyung thought "cute" And turned towards her hugging her securely, she snuggled into his chest and he hugged her waist. They slept comfortably in each other's arms. Taehyung caressed her hairs while thinking about their future together.
