Just Another Mistake

Chapter 2. "Go back to where you came from"

Chapter 2.    

I parked into the school parking lot by the time I got there it was 7:23 so I was officially 3 minutes late to my new school .  

I got out of my car and walked up to the main office to sign in and get my schedule . It was nothing new to me signing in to a new school enrolling .  

Then just minutes later receiving death glares from girls through the hallways or perverted guys trying to hit on me usually by now I would be saying sh*t to them .  

But now it doesn't seem to bother me like after what happened at south side I've learned to just ignore everyone .

I made it to my locker ignoring all the comments from people . As I unlocked it I took of my backpack and took out my calculus ,  

world language and geography books leaving art history and science left which are my my next 2 classes . I locked my locker and began walking to building 2 room 213 AP art history .  

I walked into the class room and everyone gotten quite and all eyes were on me. "Why , hello you must be new " I heard a elderly lady probably mid 50's say.

"what's your name" she asked .    

"Kendall , but some people call me Kens " I answered .

" that's lovely name " she paused " Please take the empty seat in the back next to Derek".  I walked to the back and saw the empty seat she was probably talking about and of course if it wasn't obvious , Derek or at least I think it was.   

"Hey your Derek right " I asked as I set my things down . " Bingo , you must be Kendall " he replied putting a hand out . " If it wasn't obvious " I chuckled shaking his hand .  

"You've got humor , " he winked " I like that, looks hot on you" I blushed a bit then bit my lip , and I glanced over at Derek to see a smirk across his face.

" You need 5 dollars or no lunch" I was confused , 5 dollars for school lunch " You must be kidding " I replied . " No I'm not , 5 dollars or get out of my line " she replied.  

 I dropped my lunch and left the line making my way to the cafeteria exit all eyes of those near where on me . " You cheap whore " someone's voice called . " Go back to where you came from " another commented . " She's such a slut who wears shorts to school "  

I heard someone whisper. Why were these people judging me and didn't even know me. I left the cafeteria and just kept walking through the campus I had no where I was going but , I'd rather go anywhere else .

I made my way to the back of the school where it was nothing but abandoned buildings ,tall grassland woods. Looking further in I saw a group of teens behind the building,  

what looks like as if they were smoking cigarette's . I hid behind a near by bush with my feet rustling through the fallen leaves . Shit shit shit . I looked up from the bush to see if they heard me ,  

but it seemed as if they didn't since they were still busy smoking. I crouched down on my knee's . I looked back over to exam the faces of the group .    

One boy dark black hair and the most brightest blue eyes . Another blonde haired with a mix of grey and green. I was even close enough to see a girl with dark brown hair and eyes . And this one boy ,   familiar his shaggy mid toned brown hair and bright hazel brown eyes . 

Then I remembered ,he was the one dude I met this morning . I heard the lunch bell ring meaning it was time for the next class . I looked over at the group and saw them throwing there  cigarette's into the woods .  

Then the black haired one handing everyone gum. While the brown haired boy tossed around cologne , and the girl using her own perfume. It seemed like they do this daily.   I tried crawling back to the school enough to hide behind the other abandoned building ,

until I saw a shadow in front of me.
