Gym
Now that he had gotten himself into sports, he knew that his fitness mattered the most. But his priority still was enjoyment and satisfaction, so he decided to sign up for a solid gym. Who knew he was about to get addicted to something that many people don't even like to mention about.
His first day in the gym, which was destined to be awkward, seemed very calm and realistic, with full of looks. He expected it and decided to live in the moment, doing light cardio and weightlifting exercises without worrying about the intensity. As he became regular, he developed plans and fixed his form; it was now in his routine. The motivation he gained from just one week or two of lifting amounts that were personal records for many lifted him up. He lifted more and more and got into shape. A shape people wouldn't typically admire, yet what he wanted to achieve was a body with useful muscles that would help him in his everyday life.
He didn't have any personal trainers; no guidance, yet his success was beyond his own imagination. Let's just say Mr. Brown was loving life at this point in time.
But soon, a tragedy broke out. Mr. Brown was to face one of the worst experiences, taking fitness into consideration: injuries. He had struggled with feeling a sensation of heavy calves, constant pain in the joints of his right arm, and struggle moving his back in certain degrees. This was a hard time for Mr. Brown as his daily life was severely impacted. He had followed all the precautions yet failed to stop lifting heavier weights, which was the end of his career - for just a month.
He wasn't going to give up easily after all the hard work and determination, even with a few pains he was back onto those machines following modified routines - not at all; he decided that he should train full-body each and every part with good amounts of weight, but not one part of his body with normal amounts of weight. This problem helped him overcome his injuries as well as gain a body full of function and aesthetics.
Still, he felt somewhat incomplete; something was missing. Despite looking good and feeling good, he felt like something was lacking - a sense of fulfillment that came from pushing himself beyond his limits.
