I’d never imagined a mysterious case could change everything about me into something from which I’d been fearing.

I was trying to find redemption from the past which was buried deep in my heart.

A jovial mask I’d stuck to my face to shroud all the past bruises ; wounds of my horrible existence.

I was pretending and He.

He’s out for massacre, like a Machete.

I feared it might slice every layer of my heart and mask to seek his ways to my secrets,

Him and I were forbidden, yet I found myself engulfed by Him.

I wanted to stop Him.

Stop him from breaking those thick walls I’d created.

And yet He had imprinted His soul under my skin. His charm and perfection shouldn’t have allured me, tempted me.

In the battle of liberty I'd enslaved my desires to Him.

I was everything He’d wanted and He was everything I’d been running from.

I'd been broken and mended before being Shattered to pieces,

I was in no place to give Him a chance,

I refuse to be repaired, it's better to be splintered than living with blemishes.

Therefore, I must

RESIST HIM.
