Aliya's POV

I was in my room, enjoying the chilly atmosphere created outside by the Nature.

That's what I love about rain. It brings out so much peace and comfort, the storms , the wind even the pattering sound of rain heals me.

A knock on the door interrupted me  breaking me out if my trance.

"Come in" I say , I see my mom entering through the door with a glass of milk in her hand.

My mom she is my everything, my Healer, my listener and my everything. No one can compare her to anything.

Mom smiles at me and then says
"Drink the milk Aliya and sleep early tonight, kal subha college bhi jana hai ki nehi"(you have to college tomorrow also)

I nodded at her words "did you talk to yash bhai"

"Oh yeah I did and he said that he has a surprise for you" mom said making me amaze.

My brother Yash Sharma who is a billionaire in NEW YORK and keeps a cold aura around him has a surprise for me .

I mean he I am not telling that he doesn't talk to me or gives me surprises but whenever he gives surprises he atleast calls me and gives me hint about that.

I was sad that he didn't call me today but ohhh I am so confused rn.

"Kaha kho gayi" mom asked me breaking me out of my chain of thoughts (where are u lost)

"No mom its nothing it's just that Bhai didn't call me today and even arav bhai didn't call me so I was just tensed if they are alright or not"

"They are alright beta dont take stress and talk to them tomorrow, they are quite busy with their work". Mom replied making me releif a sigh

"Thanks ma and good night"

"Good night beta and Aliya I am again telling you  again sleep and don't take stress beta" my mom told me with a smile on her face .

"Ok mamma mae so jaungi" I said her and she closed the door after giving a forehead kiss.

I sighed and laid myself on the bed seeking comfort through it.
I can never sleep it's just that I feel like monster will unleash me and terror me.

Yes I have insomania and everyone in my family knows it.There's some past demons that everyone of us have and fit those you are still waiting for them to go away.

That's actually my how my life is.
But that doesn't stop me from becoming who I am and that's it.

I was in my delusion when I saw my phone ringing. It was 2 am at night and I exactly knew who was calling me.

It was my besties Ishita and Ananya . You know in life we always need a comfort person and lucky me I got two of my comfort persons
who are my besties for life and I couldn't be more grateful to God for that.

I waste no time and pick up the call

"Hi Aliya" they both chirp out of the screen . I looked at them and smiled

"Hi guys so what's up aur abhi tak soye kyun nehi"(why didn't talk sleep till now")

"Aliya babe that's out routine uk hum tere sath bat na karke so hi nehi pate hai" Ananya said making me chuckle

"Ok guys toh Aliya kal tu pls late mat hona aur han we'll  come and pick u up" said Ishita

"Ok guys I'll be ready for sure" I replied to them making them chuckle and nodding their heads.

After that we talked for a few minutes and then we bid each other good bye and slept.

I knew I couldn't sleep so I listened to music all night before finally falling asleep at 4 in the morning.
