It's almost the weekend. Thank God. Now all I have to do is watch there game then I could go home and sleep. Right now I'm currently in the art room with my headphones in putting away all of my supplies when I heard my phone go off. It was Will, or more accurately 'Sunshine.'
Sunshine: So where are you?
Me: Art room, why doesn't Mark ever come and get me?
Sunshine: 'insert shrug emoji' but I don't mind
Me: Of course you don't
I closed my phone and finished putting my supplies away.
"Knock knock." I heard Will say before he knocked on the door two times.
"Hey Will." I smiled, I heard him take a few steps closer to me.
"Why are you covered in paint?" He asked looking down at my arms.
"We were doing a painting exercise, I must've missed a spot." I answered looking at the blue paint.
"You mean you missed several spots?" He corrected.
"I guess?" I shrugged, confused. "What other spots?"
"Your face." He smiled before kissing me.
My face went red, and I felt warm "So you don't care if people see?" I asked. A wave of worry washed over me as I glanced out into the hall. No one around.
He shook his head, "No, do you?"
I turned back to him and bit the inside of my cheek, Lie, don't tell him the truth. "No." I shook my head taking a step back. "What time do you need to be there?" I asked making my way to my bag fishing for the spare key to the art room. I need a distraction.
"In half an hour." He said, I felt his eyes on me.
"What is it?" I asked, stopping my search for the key.
"It's okay." He reassured. Is it though?
"What are you talking about?" I wondered, deciding to play dumb. I wasn't looking at him. I heard him walk toward me.
He walked over to me and lifted my chin, "It's okay." He repeated.
"How-" I shook my head, "why are you okay with it?"
He was still holding my chin. "I just am I guess," He paused and tilted his head slightly, "and I'll wait until you are." He glanced over at the clock then back at me.
"Do you need to go?" I asked. I suddenly glanced down at his lips then up at him when I realize
A small smirk tugged at his lips, "No not yet," He tiled his head, "were you looking at my lips?" He leaned into my ear, "Do you want to kiss me reckless?"
I swallowed, his body heat radiating of him. To close, way to close. I thought as my body went warm.
He suddenly stepped back and looked toward the door.
"Hey there Aiden." I followed his gaze, it was Mrs. Reynolds.
My lips quickly formed into a smile. "Hey Mrs. Reynolds." Everything I felt before disappeared in a matter of seconds
She smiled and glanced over to Will, "And who's your friend?"
"Will Brooks." He smiled. So everyone's just in a smiling mood I guess.
"It's nice to meet you Will."
"Likewise."
"Did you get a chance to see his painting yet?" Mrs Reynolds asked, making her way over to the rack.
"No not yet, but I assume it's great just like everything else he makes."
"You would be correct." She said suddenly furrowing her brows as she studied him.
"Is something wrong?" Will asked tilting his head.
Mrs. Reynolds shook her head, "No it's nothing you just look really familiar."
"Maybe you've seen me around the school." He suggested.
"Maybe but," She paused and her face broke into a smile as she came to a realization. "So that's where I remember you from."
He gave her a confused looked.
"I give a sketchbook grade out every week. They can draw whatever they want as long as it takes a certain amount of hours," She pointed to me, "Aiden shows me sketches that seem to take hours with how detailed and realistic they look." Will seemed to know where she was going with this and his face broke into a smug grin.
"And they're of me." Will filled in pointing to himself.
"Exactly." She turned to him then walked over to her desk, "I just remembered what I came in here for." She muttered grabbing something before turning to me, "Remember to lock up." I noticed Will out of the corner of my eye admiring my painting before gently placing it back on the rack.
I nodded, "I will." I waited until I couldn't hear her footsteps anymore before turning to Will, who was stilling wearing a smug grin.
"So what was that about you drawing me?" He asked meeting my gaze.
"Don't you need to go?" I asked turning away from him.
"You're so cute when you're flustered." He made his way over to the door.
—
"Hey Mark." I greeted as I answered the phone. I felt hands hug me from behind. I looked over at him but he just smiled burying his head in the crook of my neck. I felt hot.
"Aiden is Will with you?" He asked. No hello or anything.
"Yeah why?" I asked.
"I've been trying to get ahold of him but he hasn't been answering my calls. Could you pass him the phone?" I sharply inhaled and almost let out a shocked gasp as I felt Will bite my collarbone.
I cleared my throat, "Phone's for you." I said, like he wasn't invading my personal space. He groaned standing up straight and reluctantly took the phone, putting it up to his ear.
"Hey Mark, well it's in my bag." There was a long pause, "I mean okay but where are you going anyway?" Another pause, "Alright see you." He gave the phone back to me looking irritated.
"What did he want?" I asked, sliding it in my pocket.
"He wants you to stay with me for the weekend."
"You mean at your place?"
He nodded, then sighed, "Yeah, he didn't say why though."
I nodded, "Okay well I guess I'm staying with you for the weekend. We need to drop by the house though." He nodded.
Three days with him.
