The Star Disease is a fictional illness caused by a broken heart or unrequited feelings. In which the person cries Star ressembling tears 

In a dark room, a boy bathing in moonlight, is staring out the window. A melancholic and confused look on his face.

"Byul?" 

A girl calls out to him as she enters the room. "is something wrong?" She asks, a worried expression on her face. "It's nothing don't worry" He waved his hand as he reassured his friend. "It's just that..." He pauses for a few seconds, then continues "I've been having this weird feeling lately. My heart has been aching, and I feel worried, it's like... Like there was something that I had to remember at all cost!"

The girl approaches the silver haired boy. "Perhaps you're starting to remember things?" He shook his head in negation "I don't remember anything, as much as I try I don't. I just feel sad and can't put my hand on why is that! It's irritating " He adds really frustrated.

The girl looks out the window "Then perhaps... maybe someone out there is feeling really sad, and your heart is trying to connect to them" He looked at her, confused "out.. where?" She smiled, a big grin appeared on her face as she stretched her arm to point out to the sky "In the other worlds, silly~"

 Byul blinked, with a surprised look on his face, trying to process what the girl just said. He was prepared for any response but this one. Rin was always the dreamer type, but isn't this too much even for her? He sight and looks up at the stars.

"Alright, let's suppose what you're saying makes sence. What am I supposed to do to make it stop?" The girl thought for a moment "hmm... Let's see... Oh I know!" She points at his heart and look into his eyes "You just have to make them feel that you're here for them. Having someone be there for you when you're feeling down always helps!"

He chuckled at his friend's simple answer "Ok Rin I'm gonna start thinking you're really crazy" He said in a teasing maner, as he genlty brushed her hand aside.

 "Aw come on, You're no fun!" she complains "If you're not gonna take my advice then I'd better leave" she turns around with a fake pout on her face. Byul laughts and looks out the window again. "If it's true someone is suffering out there, I hope it wasn't caused by me..." The girl looks back at him and stroke his hair gently to comfort him.

At the same time. in another world. Another boy is looking at the starry sky, with beautiful sparkly stars, stained with blood rolling down his cheeks. Luka feels his heart warming up, as his starry tears stop for a little.

He felt him, it was his warmth. Luka smiles at the thought of his beloved being still alive, out there. Maybe if he was lucky enough he could find him before it was too late for him... And maybe he could offer him those star shaped crystals that symbolize all his love for him. 

"Byul..." he sayed in a inaudible voice "where are you?..." The boy asks himself before falling asleep on the ground. A small shadowy creatures getting on top of him and holding him.
