The group and I decided to go to the beach today. I was laying on a pallet with Matt again. Cam and Kayla shared a pallet. And the others had their own again. I'm dressed in by swimsuit because I was thinking about getting in the water. "I'm gonna grab something to drink alright Matt?" I say softly. "Yea that's okay." He replies. I get up and grab something to drink at the food stand. Matt keeps an eye on me. He always does. Making sure everything's okay. While I'm grabbing a drink. A handsome blonde man walks up to me. "Hello." The man says. "I'm Silas. What's your name?" Silas asks. "Oh my names Lily." I say with a small smile. "That's a nice name Lily." Silas say as with a soft smile. "Thanks."I say with my smile remaining. I glance over at Matt and the others. Matt was holding a root beer, and he was gripping it so hard it looked like it would explode. Silas follows my gaze. "Are one of those guys your boyfriend?" He asks. "No, they're just friends." I say looking back at him. "I can be your next friend, can I get your number?" He asks with a smile. "Sure!" I say with a smile putting my number in his phone. "Alright I have to go but I'll talk to you later Silas!" I say smiling. "Of course. Talk to you later." He says walking back. I walk back to Matt and the others.
I sit down. "Who was that." Matt says angrily. "It was a random boy asking for my number." I say shrugging. "Sooo?" Matt asks. "So what?" I say confused. Did you give him your number?" He said looking pissed. "I did, he seemed nice." Matt scoffed and looked away. Before I could ask what's wrong Chris asks instead. "What's wrong?" Chris asked. Which drew everyone's attention. "Lily has a little girlfriend." Matt says angrily. "What!?" Layla shrieks. "Lilyyyy nooooo I wanted you to date Matt!!" Nick groans. "No I don't have a boyfriend! He's just over reacting." I explain. "No you got a guys number and the next thing you know you'll be dating him!" Matt yells. "Why do you care!?" I scream at him. I scoff and get off the sand walking away. Everyone stays quiet after that. That was the first time in history they have ever yelled at each other. Lily ends up driving home.
I was laying in bed. Upset at the events that happened today. I post my daily photo dump and head to bed.

It's the next morning and I check my phone. Still no texts. I really miss my best friend. It's been two days since the argument. He's been ignoring me. I pick up my phone to text him.
Lily🩷: hey Matt. I wanted to say I'm sorry. For everything that happened yesterday. I know it was my fault. I shouldn't have gave that guy my number. I can't live not hanging out with you. I miss you. Please come over.
I'll be there soon. It wasn't your fault. It was mine. I should've heard you out first. I missed you too. :Matt💙
