Stormrage Aveus was basking in the sunlight filtering through the window, warmth radiating onto his flimsy and paneled wings, his muzzle was resting on his arm as his eyes stared off into a random point in space, daydreaming. He was deep in thought about something, someone he hadn't heard of in a long while and was dead curious about where he was now, Metalsnap. But, why should he contact this guy, Snappy wasn't very nice to him back before Carmen had fallen a few hundred years ago and was a jerk who would pick on anyone smaller than him that wasn't his brother. Yet, Stormrage thought further, he didn't act as rude after his brother died, maybe that made Snappy turn over a new leaf. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to try and give this guy a second shot, maybe it could all blow up back in his face and make him never want to talk with the people he had grown up with, maybe, it would be a risk worth taking...

Metalsnap Calor sat on his bed, eyes staring at the ground. He's been so damm lonley since his twin brother, Flareheart, had died in that damm landslide. Even after over 300 years, he could still find himself grieving his dead brother. He wish he had a conversation with someone that WASN'T parasocial due to him being some sort of celebrity on Earth Island, whic was kinda cool, but where was the genuine conversation? He could fairly hear slamming from upstairs, he slugged himself out of bed, climbed up the carved stairs and opened the door to his man living quarters. "You've got mail" a tired worker Humbug sighed out, holding out a letter. Metalsnap grabbed it, expecting it to just be some junk mail, but upon opening his, he first saw a name he hasn't seen a long time ever since he moved to Earth Island, Stormrage. He was happy, finally, someone who he could actually converse with, even if it was just trough paper pamphlets and ink
