Many years flew by. Little Taegukk and Taehee all grown up, finished their studies and moved out of the house.
leaving the little house that once echoed with Taeguk and Taehee's laughter feeling a little too empty.

Taegguk is now the CEO of Jeon Group of companies But instead of working from Korea, he chose to run the company from the United states of America

Taehee, on the other hand, decided to pursue a career helping people's minds. She became a psychiatrist, a doctor who specializes in mental health. To follow her dreams, she even moved to a whole new country, Australia!

Seeing their kids all grown up and far away, Taehyung felt a pang of sadness. He missed having them around. But Jungkook was there to comfort him. He gently reminded Taehyung that their children were happy. Taegukk was a successful CEO, and Taehee was following her passion as a psychiatrist.

The cool night air sent a shiver down taehyung's spine despite the thin cardigan draped over his shoulders as he stepped out onto their garden, a warm glass of milk in his hands. Even at 71, his steps were a little slower

Taehyung spotted Jungkook, His husband was sprawled on their favorite patch of grass, a picnic blanket spread beneath him. Jungkook's once dark black hair was fully grey now, he was looking at the starry sky with a contented smile playing on his lips

Taehyung chuckled softly to himself. Even at 73, Jungkook looked so handsome just like their college days ,He took a slow, careful walk across the moonlit grass, the years creaking slightly in his knees. Reaching Jungkook, he saw the corners of his husband's eyes crinkle open.

"Still up, old man," Taehyung teased, his voice raspy with age but laced with love, keeping the milk beside Jungkook

Jungkook's smile widened. "Couldn't sleep, pup" he said, his voice a touch breathless, holding tae's wrist, he gasped letting Jungkook pull him down onto the blanket beside him.

He turned his head to find Jungkook blinking rapidly, his eyes turned watery "Koo?" Taehyung asked cupping jungkook's wrinkly face, His thumb brushed away the tear "What's wrong?"

Jungkook managed a weak smile, Leaning into Taehyung's touch, he brought Taehyung's hand up to his lips, kissing it softly

"Just thinking," Jungkook said, his voice was hoarse "how lucky I am to have a partner as beautiful as you"

"Lucky?" He squeezed Jungkook's hand tighter feeling jungkook's shaky hands, as if willing the strength to flow from him to his ailing husband.

"The luckiest," Jungkook smiled "Thank you, pup" he whispered "Thank you for making my life beautiful. You are the sun in my sky, the moon in my night. I wouldn't want anyone else by my side, not in this life, not in any life to come. To have spent my life with you. You, my Taehyung, have made every sunrise a miracle and every sunset a beautiful dream. I want to witness this one last time"

A lump formed in Taehyung's throat. He leaned in closer, their foreheads touching, Tears welled up in Taehyung's eyes, blurring his vision. He didn't like the way Jungkook was talking

"D-Don't talk like that," Taehyung pleaded, his voice cracking. "W-We have so much m-more time, so many more sunrises and sunsets"

A choked sob escaped Jungkook's lips as he clutched Taehyung's hand tighter, his knuckles turning white. With a trembling hand, he guided it over his chest, right above his slow beating heart
