Kalani POV
I woke and looked at Hayes he was on his computer.
"Good morning." He said
"Good morning, what time is it?" I asked
"It's 8:30, why?"
"It's 8:30 I have to leave my mom will be home at 9:00."
"Okay well I'll see you later." He said
"See you later."
I walked out the front door and the cold air hit me in the face. I had to hurry if I was going to make it to my house on time.
I started to run. I ran as fast as I could and before I knew it I saw my house.
I stepped in the front door trying to catch my breath. My chest hurts from running so far.
"Kalani I'm sorry."
I jumped and turned around and saw my "dad".
I just looked at him I didn't know what to say I was still mad at him.
"I know your still mad at me and I know you don't want to talk to me but when your mom gets here we can not tell her about this deal?" He said
"Okay."
I heard a car door.
Well it's either now or never.
