Part 12: A few dozen teddy bears

Will and I woke up early as usual and practised our scene, well mostly the end part with the kiss as Will said we needed to 'work out the best way to kiss on stage' and I obviously agreed with him.

We left a note on the table as in order for the challenge to be anywhere near worth winning the gaming had to stop at noon so the winner would get their proper bragging rights. We ran to the arcade holding hands, I looked at my phone 8:58:57 "One minute till the competition begins," I state and he kissed my forehead, "And the second it becomes 12, you will be wearing something really cute but also embarrassing," he chuckled. "Actually you will be the one wearing something different," 8:59:48. "Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one!" He ran to the claw machine and I ran to the penny pushers. 

2 hours and 55 minutes later I had won 28 prizes and Will had won 27 we were both on claw machines next to each other with two big bags of bears and mini toys. I kept trying to get the panda but I kept getting so close and the claw dropping it before it could get to the prize shoot. "Yes! Woo! That makes us tied Darling," He leaned on the machine with a cute smile. "Not for long Bub!" Will let out a small gasp and ran to the other side of the Arcade. I chuckled and then focused on getting the panda, I got it with 10 seconds to spare. "Yay!" We both shouted in sync, I turned and saw that he got two prizes. He had won. He walked over towards me, prizes in hand with a big grin on his face, "I guess I won." I rolled my eyes, "Yeah yeah." I then noticed a small boy crying so I got my bag of prizes and walked up to him, "Hey there Hon, what's the matter?" He pointed at a plush panda the same kind I just won, "I've been trying for ages and now I've run out of money," I smiled and handed him my bag. "You know, you could keep the panda and then share these with the other kids here," he smiled and nodded then ran off with the bag in hand. I turned and saw Will staring, "What?" "Nothing, just looking at you," I pecked his lips. "So what are you going to make me wear?" He grabbed my hand and we started to walk.

When we got back to the house I was confused, "What's happening?" "You never said I had to buy the outfit," I was hesitant about his plan but unlocked the door anyway. We walked into our room and he opened the chest of draws that were mine I was once again so confused, "you're gonna make we whear something I already own?" He nodded, "no offense but this doesn't seem like the best forfeit," he chuckled and handed me my smallest dress that stopped mid thigh. "That's what I want you to whear," I then realised what he was doing and I quickly shook me head. "No Bub, come on, you know I only show my legs when we go swimming," he put the dress on our bed and held my hands. "You won't get me to change my mind, besides, I like your legs." I sighed and looked away from him. He cupped my cheeks, "I know how insecure you are, but it's just you, me and our closest friends, and I promise if they want to go out later then you can put leggings on," I nodded and then gave him a hug.

I was in the bathroom staring at myself on the mirror, the truth is I love this dress, but I'm not sure about not wearing leggings underneath, or even just some shorts or something. I took a breath and then walked out and I saw Will look up from his phone and do a double take, he stood up and walked up to me, "Wow, you are so beautiful, " I gave him a kiss on the cheek and got ready to see the others.
