CHAPTER 4

As i was sitting,i noticed a group of people.
And that group of people just happend to be duo and his friends...

How didn't i notice them when i came in?!Why were they in the train?!Where were they going?!What am i gonna do now?!

I tried to calm myself by scrolling through tiktok and i tried to not make it too obvious that i noticed them.

Shortly after,all it's friends left.

Shit.

"Fuck!Now it doesn't have anyone to talk to and will definitely notice me!"

And sadly,I was right,the bird approached me.It didn't even sit next to me,it just stood there as it stared at me with its beautiful eyes.

Ugh this is so awkward!What do i do now?!Should i just pretend that i don't know it?Or should i greet it?!

Fuck it!

"Uhm...hello?" I said awkwardly.

"Hey." It said.

"Why is he so dry?!" I thought to myself.

"Do i know you?" I asked.

"Don't act dumb,you know very well that it's very hard to forget someone like me..."

I stared at it,speechles.Shit.It was right.Its impossible to forget someone like it...

It stared at me until the train stopped,it was only a couple seconds,but it felt longer.After that,It just left.Phew.

The next stop was mine so i got up and left.
The theme park was right around the corner so i got there and bought some popcorn.
I have 30 more minutes until me and the guys meet up,i decided to walk around the theme park since i was very bored.
I didn't wanna go on any rides without my friends.Instead,i sat on a bench and watched some tiktok.
After i finished eating my popcorn,i got up to throw the paper away

I was just walking to the trashbin until...No way

No FUCKING WAY.

The bird from earlier was leaning on the gate, talking to this random guy.
But what?!How?
WHY IS HE EVERYWHERE WHERE I AM?!

He kept staring at me so to make it less awkward,i approached him.

"H-hey Duo!" I said.

"Who's this?" The guy next Duo asked.

"That's Heeseung,i met him today."

Huh?How does he know my name?

"I never told you my name..."

"Well i found out that you're famous so it was easy to find your name"

"Right..."

"Nice to meet you Heeseung! I'm Rio!"

"Nice to meet you Rio!"

The three of us talked for a bit and turns out,maybe Duo isn't that bad?I don't know why i kept avoiding him...

*couple minutes later*

"No way you did that!" Duolingo said.

"For real!" Rio agreed

"Well i did!I almost broke his guitar and he got mad so he started telling everyone about it on weverse!"

"I'm impressed dude!" Rio said.

"Yeah well it's hard to impress me,i did way worse stuff but what you did was cool i guess." Duolingo said.

I chucked awkwardly...

Duo was impressed by me?

What is this feeling?Am I blushing?Did i really impress him?

"Guys,do you know what time it is?"i asked,i almost forgot that i need to meet up with the group

"Yeah it's 6:17" Rjo replied.

"What?!Really?! I'm sorry i have to go!"

I rushed without even saying a proper goodbye to Rio and Duolingo.
I was supposed to meet the guys in the center of the theme park,i need to hurry up!

"There they are!" I thought to myself.

"Guys!"I screamed

"HEESEUNG!" They all say in union

"Where were you?!" Jay asks angrily

"I'm sorry I lost the track of time!"

"Don't let it happen again!" Jungwon says.

"I won't i promise!" I said.

"Well where are we going now?" Sunghoon asked.

"Let's go get something to eat" Sunoo said.

"Yeah, let's get some fried chicken!" Jake suggested

"NO!WE AREN'T GETTING FRIED CHICKEN JAKE!!"

"WHY NOT?!"

"IT'S UNHEALTHY!"

"YOUR LIFE IS UNHEALTHY!"

"EXCUSE ME?!"

"EXCUSE YOU!"

Jake and Jay argued,while the other members were either cracking up at their behaviour or trying to calm them down,i kept thinking about Duolingo

I impressed it didn't i? That's good...
Wait!I shouldn't be thinking about it this way! It's a literal bird!

"Earth to Heeseung!"

"Huh?W-what?"

"Are you okay Heeseung?You have been acting strange ever since we came" Ni-ki asked
He was clearly worried.

"Yeah im fine don't worry! I'm just hungry."

We bought something to eat at the grocery store and went back to the hotel.

I was listening to the members talk, until i got a notification on my phone.

"Huh,what is this?" I thought to myself.

I unlocked my phone and realised that someone just followed me on Instagram...I don't have a personal public account?Why would anyone follow me?

I got another notification...
A message request?

"Yo Heeseung, it's duo, Rio says that you're cool and wanted me to ask you to hang out with us tomorrow.My friend is throwing a huge party."

Rio thinks i'm cool?If duolingo invited me that means that he must agree!

"Yeah sure...How do you know that this is my private account tho?"

"I stole your phone while you weren't looking and went through your Instagram.I'm the baddest boy in this town, I'm surprised you don't know."

I just liked his message.What else am i supposed to say?!I got scared...
If he's a bad boy did he...do some bad things?
