We just got out from our last class and there's a basketball game today which me and my friends are going of course to support my boyfriend and his team. My friends pick a spot for us to sit as I went to go see Shad before the game start.
"Hey baby how was your day?"
"I'm good this our last game of the year, babe I can't wait till summer starts so I can spend time with my girl"
He picked me up and spun me around kissing me deeply making me giggle a little bit. He put me down with my arms wrapped around his neck as I took a deep sigh and rub the back of his head. He look at me deeply and rubbed my chin knowing that there was something wrong with me.
"What's wrong? What you thinking about?"
"Nothing baby I'm ok"
"Baby? Don't lie to me I know there's something wrong"
"I don't want to bum you out before you play so we'll talk about after"
"Alright, we better. I love you"

I kissed him one more time before letting him go and with me sitting down with my friends on the bleachers. It was all good until I felt my phone ring and it was my mom texting.

Shit I knew it. I rolled my eyes and turn my focus back on the game but of course my friends peeped the reaction on my face.
"Honor"
"Reign don't even worry about it, I'll tell you later"
"Seriously? I'm your best friend.."
"Um hello I'm right here"
I sigh and smirked now looking at the both of them.
"You both are my day ones and ain't nobody going to change that alright? Now like I said before, I'll tell y'all both later"
"Mhm"
"Now stop bickering and watch my man whoop your man's team"
"I'd love to see that"
"Mhm don't be hating you know Shad is a beast at this game"
"And so is Jermaine hell it be dangerous if they both played on the same team"
