Chapters 6

After working a long 12 hours shift it was finally time for Marinette to go home. Her body was so tired and her feet were hurting like hell.

She had made 35 dollars in tips which was good. It was enough to but something in the house for Emma to eat for tomorrow. 

She made sure everything was clean before leaving the restaurant. When she walked outside she could see a few man out side of the restaurant talking. 

She held her purse tightly before walking over towards the car that was waiting for her.

She could tell that the man were looking at her from behind. It didn't really bother her, as long as they didn't come up to her she was fine.

When she walked into her apartment she seen Emma sitting at the table playing on a tablet and Adrien was sitting on the car on his phone.

Marinette - What are you doing here?

Adrien - Well it's nice to see you too.

Marinette groan before closing the door behind her and taking her shoes off at the door.

Marinette - Emma where did you get that tablet from?

Emma - Your boyfriend gave it to me!

Marinette - What did I tell you he's not my boyfriend.

Adrien rolled his eyes. " Stop lying to your sister. I am your boyfriend."

Marinette glard at him before walking over to the refrigerator. When she opened it up she seen that there was only 4 items in it.

There was apple juice, eggs, cheese, and a TV dinner.

"Well looks like I have to go shopping." After she said that she closed the door.

Adrien - I'll order something to eat and tell one of my works to buy some groceries. 

Marinette - Do I have to pay you for them?

Adrien - Maybe.~

Marinette sigh before walking towards their room. " Emma come on let's go take a shower."

The little girl said ok before getting up and going into the room with Marinette.

Once they were in the room Adrien text his driver to drop them off some food and groceries.

It took his driver 30 minutes before he pulled back up with the food and also the grocery.

He had bought a few TV dinners, some meat, fruit, vegetables, a few snacks, some water bottles, and other drinks. 

Adrien thank him before putting everything up. By the time Marinette and Emma came out the groceries were put up and the food was ready on the table.
