Hyperlaser and Katana are at the bar, drinking tequila at 9:30 Pm when Hyperlaser asks Katana a question. "Why do you hide your face, Katana?" He asks curiously. Maybe he has scars from his past... Hyperlaser guesses. Katana takes a tiny sip from his glass and says "I don't think people would like how my face looks''. Katana is insecure about how he looks, so he hides his face so that the phighters don't see his "ugly" face. "I don't think your face would be ugly, Katana." Hyperlaser responds, trying to comfort Katana with his words. Katana tries to believe what Hyperlaser says, but doesn't believe him because of how insecure he is. "Well.. why do you hide your face, Hyper?" Katana asks him. Hyperlaser doesn't know how to respond to that, considering that he hides his face from a traumatic incident that happened in blackrock. I should tell him since he told me, but how will he react?... Hyperlaser was so lost in thought that he didn't notice Katana tapping his shoulder, trying to get his attention. 'Hyper, are you there?" Katana says, when Hyperlaser finally snaps out of it. "Huh?- oh, sorry katana.." Hyperlaser says, embarrassingly. "It's okay, Hyper. I shouldn't have asked you that." Katana says, feeling guilty. "It's not your fault, Katana. I shouldn't have zoned out like that." Hyperlaser takes a deep breath and explains why he covers up his face. "...There was an accident in blackrock that involved my face..It burnt my face.. Destroyed my horns..took my vision...It took away my life..." Hyperlaser couldn't continue talking about his past, it hurt him too much to recall the memories of his past...Katana gently hugs Hyperlaser. "Hey, you don't need to talk about it if you don't want to." Katana says softly to Hyperlaser, trying to comfort him and trying to make him not think of his past and face. Hyperlaser stays silent, embracing the hug from Katana. "Hey, it's 10:45 already. Want to go to my place?' Katana asks. "..Sure. I'd like that" Hyperlaser says to him, hoping that the visit to Katana's place will clear his mind from the past.
