Chapter 1: First Encounter

It was during the day, Zenitsu was simping over Nezuko and Tanjiro kept on telling him to stop because he was annoying her. He still kept on doing it, "NEZUKO-CHAAANN!!!!" and then Nezuko snapped. She said that she wished Zenitsu would just disappear from her life. Zenitsu ran away crying and Tanjiro got angry at Nezuko for saying those things to him. Tanjiro told Nezuko that she must apologize to him by morning and she said, "whatever." But in the morning Zenitsu left the butterfly mansion and left a note saying goodbye. Nezuko cried and ran to her bedroom and locked herself in there. Zenitsu arrived at a village where he got a job in a little store. He got a house in the village by the way. One night Zenitsu came back from work and was about to get ready for bed when things took a dark turn:

Zenitsu: I miss you Nezuko, I will never stop loving you. Well, I should get ready for bed.

Zenitsu: *hears screaming from a neighbors house* *in his mind* (That sounded like screaming, could it be a demon attack? Maybe I should check it out. No, what if it's too powerful.?!)

Zenitsu pondered on what he should do, he was scared about how powerful the demon might be. Then he decided to be brave, put on his uniform, grab his sword, and head to the scene. When he got there it was quiet, a little too quiet. Zenitsu opened the door and saw blood on the walls and blood hand prints on the floors. He felt like he was going to be sick but he still went in:

Zenitsu: Hello? Does anyone need help? Listen, leave these people alone, just come out and fight me demon.

Zenitsu continued to search around the house and found the bodies of the homeowners lying dead. His reaction was that he was shocked to find this. But then he saw something in the corner, a tall silhouette with eyes was looking at Zenitsu:

Zenitsu: There you are, you're the one that caused all of this huh?

Demon:*staring at him*

Zenitsu: *in his mind scared* (He looks super creepy, calm down Zenitsu you've faced demons before let's just get this over with.)
