For the next 7 days since the beginning of the internship, Yumeko and Ricky weren't able to meet each other. Both of them were busy. However, they talked almost every day on Instagram, sending each other reels, and memes, and Yumeko spilling tea regarding workplace drama. Ricky was in China currently, shooting for Chinese Running Man along with Zhang Hao and Yuqi. He got a text from Yumeko.

Yumeko~: Yo! Are you free this coming Tuesday?

It was Thursday today and he would fly back to Korea on Saturday, they didn't have a busy schedule in between, so he texted back

Emo_kid: Yep, wanna hang out?

Yumeko~: Bingo! Smort boi

Emo_kid: LMAO, where are we going??

Yumeko~: There's a café ik around here which serves amazing food, we can go there!! And guess what?? It's an anime-themed café and has a lot of J-Rock songs playing all along.

Emo_kid: would definitely go there!

Yumeko~: kk! I'll ttyl, I have work to finish, take care!!

Emo_kid: Cya!!!

Yumeko went back to doing her work. While going back to the hotel she sighed and thought about the crazy turn of events in her life.

"Life surely is unpredictable....", she muttered to herself.

Meanwhile, Wakeone was making new schedules for ZEROBASEONE for their new comeback. The company decided to include Japan in this plan too because of the group's big success there. It was just a rough draft of the plan and they needed to talk with the members too, especially Hanbin.

After her work was done, Yumeko headed outside. On her way, she ran into Megan Lee. Megan was a journalist turned YouTuber based in South Korea who made videos about true crime cases and unsolved mysteries based in Asia. Yumeko was a big fan of true crime podcasts, especially the ones of Stephanie Soo, Megan and Coffee House Crime. Yumeko told Megan that she was a big fan and that she loved listening to her podcasts while doing her assignments. Megan thanked her and they had a small talk.

"May I click a selfie with you? Only if it's okay with you.", asked Yumeko.

"Yeah, sure dear. Come here.", smiled Megan as she took a picture with the 20-year-old.

Yumeko bowed and thanked Megan before parting ways.

Later on at night after dinner, Yumeko posted her selfie with Megan on her Instagram story and even tagged her. Ricky saw the story and replied to it.

Yumeko~: ah yes, my brother's fiancee is doing PhD in Criminal psychology and she is the one who got me into this
