scene: alfea quad

bloom spoke, "no, it wasn't a nightmare! it wasn't really a dream either... i don't know."

tecna urged, "try to give me more details."

bloom replied, "it's hard to explain, it was a lot more vivid than a dream."

tecna speculated, "mm. plastic cognitive projection with physio-chemical resonance."

tecna then punched some buttons on her scanner, deploying a ladybug to scan and track bloom's dream details.

"there were colors everywhere! and then i saw a face and this beautiful woman!" bloom exclaimed.

coral questioned, "huh? a woman?"

"yes!" bloom confirmed.

tecna analyzed, "psycho plasmatic evanescent apparition, level twenty-six."

musa intervened, "hey, tecna. will you please stop cutting in with that thing?"

"it's okay, musa. tecna's been keeping a log of my dreams to analyze them," bloom reassured.

tecna suggested, "if you slept hooked to an electro-mind reader, i could-"

"forget it," bloom interrupted, turning to stella. "and by the way, i'd appreciate it if you'd stop coming to my room at night!"

stella responded, "so what? i woke you up, that's all."

tecna shared, "i've processed all the data from my dream probe, and there's a strong possibility that was a psycho-magic message."

"you mean the woman was trying to communicate with me?" bloom asked.

"through your dream? yes," tecna confirmed. the ladybug returned to her scanner.

coral agreed, "that's probably right."

tecna explained, "from the memory waves she left in your cortex, i came up with this."

tecna pressed a button, revealing a hologram of a woman's head, drawn from bloom's dreams.

"so what do you think? is this her?" tecna asked.

coral observed, "she looks familiar."

"really? where have you seen her?" bloom inquired.

"i don't seem to remember, but i'm positive i've seen her before," coral responded.

"oh... anyway, thanks, tecna, you're a true-blue techno-wizard!" bloom said.

"i'd rather be called a fairy, but thanks anyway!" tecna replied.

bloom added, "actually, now that i get a better look at her, i'm sure i've seen her somewhere too..."

coral exclaimed, "of course! in magix! the main square! she was looking at us from the facade of a tall building."

"yes! i remember now! that has to be it!" bloom agreed.

"but i've seen her somewhere else! i  can't remember exactly when though.. her name is daphne if im not wrong.. she's the nymph of magix!" coral says

stella interjected, "uh! now i get it, it was indigestion."

"my stomach is perfectly fine, stella!" bloom retorted.

"i meant mental indigestion. you've got too much on your plate, what with all the exams coming up, you've got a lot to study. plus, being an earthling, your brain isn't used to working so hard, know what i mean?" stella clarified.

"no. i don't," bloom said, offended.

stella continued, "listen, you had a dream. that's all."

"it wasn't just a dream!" bloom insisted, still offended.
