4: Meeting his Friends

The next day, Camilla woke up feeling like she was walking on clouds. She had never felt this way about anyone before, and the proposal had left her feeling elated and grateful. As she got ready for the day, she couldn't help but think about all the wonderful memories she had made with Austin in New Zealand.

After breakfast, Austin picked her up from her place and drove her to his house. As they walked in, Camilla was greeted by a group of familiar faces - Taylin, Conner, Caleb, Orlando, and Malachi. She had met them briefly before, but this was the first time she was seeing them in a relaxed setting.

Conner and Caleb were interested in her travels and adventures, while Orlando and Malachi were more serious and asked her about her goals and aspirations.

As they sat down for lunch, Austin's friends grilled him about his sudden proposal. "Dude, how did you know it was time?" Conner asked.

Austin chuckled. "I just knew it was right. She's an amazing person, guys."

Camilla blushed at the praise, but Austin's friends reassured her that it was well-deserved. "We're happy for you both," Orlando said. "You two are meant to be."

As the afternoon wore on, Camilla felt like she was part of the gang. They showed her around Austin's house, introducing her to his favorite hangouts and sharing stories about their own adventures.

As the sun began to set, Austin suggested they head out for a barbecue at the beach. Camilla agreed, feeling grateful for this new chapter in her life.
