When I was little I never knew I was autistic and the school I was in had been bad towards me and wouldn't follow my IEP well the teachers told my grandparents that they could diagnose me better and well when I went to go to the doctor to get a test for autisim I had came back positive and the teachers had tried to say to put me on medicine for autisim and my grandparents said there's no medicine for autisim and after that I found out I also had sensory issues and slow processing disorder which means on the sensory issues part like someone without sensory issues couldn't hear a piece of paper turning but I could so I would turn my head and look around but on the slow processing disorder for me you would have to explain step by step or it would be hard for me to learn and to this day I am the same way and I can't handle loudness I mean I have gotten better at it but I can't handle certain noises that bother me so if I go to a loud place I take my headphones with me just in case it's noise I can't handle and when the school was teaching me they didn't follow the IEP and would do stuff I couldn't do like algebra and I wouldn't be able to process it and I would not be able to do math but now I'm practicing every day since I'm homeschooled and my grandma helps me with math I need to work on multiplication division but subtraction and addition are good for me I'm learning how to do math better every day the next part will be talking about my backstory of how my grandparents have custody of me  and what happened.
