NXT GOLD RUSH WEEK 2

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT

"Cora, how are you feeling after Charlie's attack last week?" McKenzie Mitchell asked.

"Well McKenzie, all I have to say is, that it was a coward move to attack me from behind, and my shoulder may be a little banged up, but it's time to send the old hag packing back to RAW." Cora says in a cocky manner.

I step into frame, with the WWE Women's World Championship on my shoulder.

"You're a cheap copy of me, I'm everything you wish you could be. And well this 'old hag' has accomplished more than you ever will in your entire career, failure." I said to knock her down a few pegs.

CHARLIE JORDAN VS CORA JADE

The camera pans to the commentary table where Booker T and Vic Joseph are seated.

Booker T: "Ladies and gentlemen! We've had an action-packed show for you tonight, and the main event promises to be a spectacular match. RAW's very own Charlie Jordan, our Women's World Champion, will be taking on her former protege the young and talented Cora Jade!"

Viv Joseph: "That's right, Booker. Charlie Jordan has been on a tear, and tonight she faces a tough opponent in her former protege Cora Jade. This is going to be great, and I can't wait to see how it unfolds."

Booker T: "And let's not forget, Cora has been dealing with an slight shoulder injury ever since last week. It'll be interesting to see if that plays a factor in tonight's match."

The camera cuts to the ring where Alicia Taylor is, ready to introduce the competitors.

Alicia Taylor: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Chicago, Illinois, Cora Jade!"

"Welcome to the Generation of Jade!"

Cora Jade's music hits, and she makes her way to the ring with a confident stride, ignoring the fans along the way. The young 'star' as Booker said, I don't really agree but, she looks determined, focused and ready to make a statement tonight.

Booker T: "Cora Jade has been making waves in the women's division, and a victory over her former mentor Charlie Jordan tonight could catapult her career to new heights."

Vic Joseph: "She's got the talent, no doubt about it. But taking down Charlie Jordan is no easy task."

Cora enters the ring and ignoring the cheers, since she is a heel. Her music fades, and the atmosphere shifts as the lights dim.

Alicia Taylor: "And her opponent, representing The Judgment Day, from Adelaide, South Australia, she is the Women's World Champion, Charlie Jordan!"

"I wrap my arms around your throat!"

My theme music blares through the speakers, and the arena erupts in boos. I stride out onto the stage, my championship around my waist. I show confidence and arrogance, a smirk playing on my lips as I head to the ring.
