WD1 - AIAH IS BACK

Chapter 1

Aiah's POV

As I stepped out of the airport, the sweltering Philippine sun struck my face, causing me to squint slightly behind my Louis Vuitton sunglasses.

Four years. Four. Long years. Aalis pala talaga ako ng Pilipinas. And yet, here I was, stepping back into the sweltering embrace of Manila. A wave of longing crashed over me.

Suddenly, camera crews and paparazzi rushed towards me, eager to snap photos and catch a glimpse of me. My fans, too, began shouting my name and gathering around me, their eyes shining with excitement.

"Aiah! I love you!"

"Ang ganda mo talaga, Aiah!"

"Welcome to Philippines Aiah!"

"Bading na bading ako sayo Aiah!"

"Aiah, biggest fan mo ako!"

A smile bloomed on my face. I couldn't help but feel a surge of gratitude for their unwavering support. I waved at them, feeling grateful for the warm welcome.

My manager appeared by my side, discussing the upcoming interview and ensuring I was prepared." i nooded to my manager

The possibility of surprising my friends seemed slim now, considering the media coverage.

Fast forward in Interview

As I settled into the interview, I couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions.

Interviewer: "Welcome back to Manila Aiah! It's great to have you here for the 50th anniversary of the Prada runway show. How does it feel to be back in the Philippines after four years?" she asked, her voice gentle.

I took a deep breath and i began to talk "It's amazing to be back home. I'm overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude. Seeing my fans and feeling their energy is incredible."

The interviewer nodded "That's wonderful. Your fans have certainly missed you. Can you tell us what inspired your return for this special occasion?"

I paused, collecting my thoughts. "I wanted to celebrate this significant milestone with Prada. The Philippines will always be home, and I'm grateful for the support my fans have given me throughout my career."

The interviewer smiled, her expression warm. "That's very touching, Aiah. What can we expect from the upcoming runway show? Any surprises you can share with us?"

My excitement bubble up " it's going to be an unforgettable evening! Prada has outdone themselves with their latest designs and creative concepts. I'm honored to be a part of it and also it will be a night to remember."

The interviewer nodded, her eyes lighting up. "We're all looking forward to it, Aiah. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today.

I smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over me.

"Thank you also for having me in these wonderful interview." i said to the interviewer

After the interview, I was overwhelmed with emotions. I was happy to be back home, grateful for my fans' support, and excited about the upcoming runway show.

As I settled into the plush van, my manager, sat beside me, her eyes fixed on her phone as she scrolled through the day's schedule. "Aiah, we have a packed day tomorrow," she said, her voice crisp and professional.
