I'm working late 'cause I'm a painter,
Oh, he looks so cute wrapped 'round in paper.
My twisted artwork make him laugh so often,
My honey muse, come and get this drawing.--------------------------------------------
"Recheck the venue for any problems...Make sure there are protective barriers around... Recount the guest list and make sure it's all correct --- we don't wanna end up in the news for being incompetent."
Han Sooyoung immediately got to work. Today is the last day they have left to complete their preparations. She looks through her clipboard, looking back and forth towards the venue, making sure the workers were doing exactly what they were told. She already knew that once one thing messes up, everything else falls apart. With all 24 paintings now ready to be shown to the world, Han Sooyoung is relieved that most of everything is now complete and placed in the right display section. She checked the venue's cleanliness, light placement, and made sure that the information papers stuck right beside the paintings were correct.
With everything in place, there is one vacant slot open. It's a big wall located in the very first area. The entrance. Han Sooyoung knew that everything was still not done.
'The 25th painting has been varnished, I'm just waiting for it to be dried and framed --- ready for display.' Han Sooyoung thought. Thankfully, the painting managed to dry completely this morning. Kim Dokja quickly varnished it carefully, messaging her that the painting would be prepared around the afternoon.
'Afternoon is fine. It's alright, we have the rest of today's night to finish placing everything.'
"Check every tablecloth... Arrange the area...Make sure the cheese and snack table are clean and prepared...The wine and glass should be rechecked and spotless." Han Sooyoung said,
"Don't leave trash around here, alright? Let's make it as clean as possible. We don't wanna disappoint the president with poor venue cleanliness."
Having finalized everything Han Sooyoung sat down tired, 'This is way more work than usual, I still have to deal with the managers and government employees.' Han Sooyoung checked her phone and it's already 3 in the afternoon.
"Finish everything up and take your break." Han Sooyoung declared. She stood up and walked out of the venue, trusting everyone inside to do well. The people she worked with in the venue were always the same since the 5th exhibition. Han Sooyoung knows that everything else inside will be prepared and better than she originally planned.
That's just how Gong Pildu and his men worked. Perfect and precise.
"Hey ahjussi, make sure your men don't get any ideas there. I don't wanna wake up and get a criminal charge." Han Sooyoung handed the clipboard to Gong Pildu.
"I know not to mess with the people you invite. I doubt I can even say a word once I mess something up," Gong Pildu scoffed, "We can still work until 10 but after that, we are unavailable. We still have other shit to prepare." He then checks the clipboard for the venue plan.
"The last one won't take long. It would probably be ready around 5 or 6 at best." Han Sooyoung placed her hand on his shoulder, "I'll be leaving the last work to you. I still need to deal with the managers and journalists, take care."
Han Sooyoung left, Leaving Gong Pildu with the last venue work.

If there's one thing that Han Sooyoung hates the most, it's boring and artificial meetings where everyone exaggerates and pretends that their employee is the best. Sometimes, it's where they ask for too much when everything else is enough or big demands that can't be reached with what they have.
