theory 1: okay, so. this is like a really stupid theory but what if, after ash's birth..emma (the mom) decided "whoops! i'm just gonna slip out another baby" cough..that being logan. but they realized "ermmm..we can't take care of two." so they pass it onto the grandparents which y'know whenever in the webtoon they 'first' met the grandparents of logan were like SUPER skeptical and kept giving them the stank eye like they spat in their cereal because they were like "are we sure we can trust logan with you again?? (i'm putting this all in a goofy way but theory #2 will just put it in a more way that you sophisticated readers can understand 😓)
theory 2: what if after ash's birth, emma — that being the mom — slipped out another baby (logan) but mike and emma were hesitant on raising the two for they believed unit was just too much work. this could probably be due to bills are high or they just couldn't afford to pay for two babies at the same time. so, the two made their decision and decided to hand logan over to the two grandparents. keep in mind this is all while they were still babies which explains why the two dont remember each other whatsoever. that being said, whenever the two of logan's grandparents were meeting mike and emma (ash's parents) they were very..doubtful or suspicious in a way? this is due to logan being passed to them for the two parents couldn't support two of them, which explains why they were giving them dubious looks as if trying to say 'are you sure we can trust you with logan again?' ykwim?

(credits to the person who wrote "the banner siblings" for this theory :3) this meaning what if logan's parents instead of dropping him off like a stork over at his grandparents, ashlyn's parents — that being mike and emma — were family friends and they decided to just throw him on over there??
